Flight from Hell

I'm still trying to process the nightmare I experienced with this airline. Here's the deal - we were supposed to fly to Thailand on December 5th, but our flight was delayed until December 12th with no explanation. To make matters worse, they're flying ancient planes on long-haul routes. I'm talking broken seats, non-functional monitors, and a general feeling of being on a death trap. And if that wasn't enough, one of the planes broke down just before our departure, and the other one had a fire on board after taking off. I'm still not sure when I'll be able to get home.

The staff, or rather the lack thereof, was equally impressive. The flight attendants were completely unprofessional and rude. I've never experienced such terrible service in my life.

This airline is a total disaster. From delayed flights to ancient planes and terrible staff, it's a miracle I'm still alive. Avoid them at all costs.

Are their planes safe?Absolutely not. I've never seen anything like it.

What about the staff?Rude, unprofessional, and completely unhelpful.

Can I trust their food?No way. The food was disgusting and unhealthy.

Are their seats comfortable?Ha! Good luck with that. The seats are tiny and uncomfortable.

Can I get a refund?Good luck with that too. They're not exactly known for their customer service.

Should I book with them?No, no, no. Trust me, you don't want to fly with these guys.
