- The lack of parking at the center can be a bit of a hassle, especially when there are trucks unloading and loading nearby.
- The entrance is from the side of the building, which can be a bit confusing at first.
- The waiting area could be bigger, especially during peak hours.
- Some of the equipment, like the X-ray machine, could be updated to make the experience more comfortable for pets.
- The center could benefit from more educational resources for pet owners, like workshops or seminars.
- The prices are a bit higher than some other clinics in the area, but I think it's worth it for the quality of care.

Specifications
I've been a pet owner for a while now, and I'm always on the lookout for top-notch veterinary care for my furry friend, Jess. That's why I'm excited to share my experience with the First Veterinary Center located at Moscow, Biryulevskaya Street, 49, building 4, suite 2.
The biggest plus for me is that the center is open 24/7, which is a huge relief when you've got a sick pet in the middle of the night. We've actually visited a few other clinics with Jess before finding this one, but this one's just a 20-minute drive from our house, so it's super convenient.
Our dog's injury on her hind leg had some pretty serious consequences - she'd start to limp on her front leg too, and it was causing her a lot of pain. We'd even diagnosed her with diaznox, a developmental issue that made things even more complicated.
One of the things that really stood out to me was the lack of parking at the center. The entrance is from the side of the building, which can be a bit of a hassle, especially when there are trucks unloading and loading nearby. But hey, it's a small price to pay for the top-notch care we've received.
We usually book appointments over the phone, but there's also a live queue if you'd prefer to wait. We like to see a specific doctor, so we usually come at a specific time to ensure we get the best possible care for Jess.
The initial procedure is pretty standard - you sign a contract, and then when you visit, you just need to mention your last name and your dog's nickname. It's all very straightforward and easy to understand.
The facilities at the center are pretty comfortable and convenient, with water, chairs, and shelves stocked with pet care products and food. It's a great place to wait while your pet gets the care they need.
They even have parfumer water for dogs - it's a nice touch, but unfortunately, the container where they keep the fresh water is always empty because it sells out so quickly!
We usually go to the clinic with my dad because Jess listens to him more than me. He's always been really involved in her care, and it's great to see.
On our latest visit, we did an X-ray again, and my dad was very involved while I just observed. It's always interesting to see the process and learn more about Jess's health.
I have to say that the prices at this veterinary center are very reasonable - an X-ray costs 1100 rubles, which is a huge difference from what we paid last year at the "Leopold" clinic (2500 rubles). They'll even give you a disk with the X-ray images without any hassle, and if needed, they'll send you an electronic copy via email.
I was impressed with the personalized receipts they give you after your visit, complete with their official letterhead. It's a nice touch that shows they care about the details.
All payment options are available, including cash and credit card payments. The prices for pet medication are significantly lower here compared to other pet stores. Take this for example - I recently needed to buy some Tropicosil tablets for Jess, and at the local vet clinic, they cost me 1945 rubles for a pack of two. Meanwhile, at the 'Beethoven' pet store, the exact same tablets in the same dosage were selling for a whopping 3800 rubles! I had to buy them from the pet store because they weren't available at the vet clinic.
I don't have any photos from the pet store, but I've heard it's always bustling with customers due to its wide selection of medication and relatively low prices.
I'm really glad we stumbled upon this vet clinic last autumn and found Jess's 'doctor.' They've been a lifesaver for us and Jess.
Just look at the number of specialists they have on staff! It's amazing to see the expertise and care that goes into treating pets.
And do you know what a rathologist is? Well, I've since learned that it's a veterinarian specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of various diseases in rodents.
Jess's Tropicosil prescription really helped, and what used to be a regular occurrence - her stopping in her tracks during walks or lying down to rest her leg and wait for the tremors to pass - no longer happens.
We regularly visit the orthopedist, and life is slowly getting back to normal not just for Jess, but for us as well, since we were really worried about her.
This is the first vet clinic in Biryulevo - 5 stars from our family and from Jess. A healthy pet, happy owners, and while it's a cliché, it's still worth remembering that you're responsible for the well-being of those you've adopted...
I've gotta say, the design of this thing is pretty slick. The sleek lines and compact size make it a joy to handle.
