I've been on a mission to find the perfect weight loss solution, and I'm always up for trying new things. Especially if they don't require a lot of effort or willpower. My story's a bit different, but I got sucked in and decided to give Energy Diet a shot. In this review, I want to share with you my experience with Energy Diet's products. It was a wild ride, to say the least. I went from being completely disappointed to feeling grateful for the experience. Why? Because Energy Diet helped me avoid similar situations and stay on track. Now, I have my own weight loss methods and ways to maintain a healthy shape. You can read more about it below in this review.

1. How I ended up trying Energy Diet.
Energy Diet is a high-tech product made from natural components. It's a balanced, if you will, 'ideal' food product that reasonably combines the necessary components for the human body.
Energy Diet + Shaker
I was at a picnic with some friends, and we started talking about weight loss. One of the girls mentioned that she and her dance partner had been drinking Energy Diet cocktails for almost a year to lose weight and maintain their physical shape. That caught my attention, and she started explaining the benefits of Energy Diet and how it cleanses and restores the body. For athletes, it's an essential thing after workouts. If we wanted, she could buy them for us, as she had connections with suppliers. She said it would be cheaper through her.
So, after her enthusiastic pitch, my sister and I ordered one bottle each (for a start) from her, and we'd see how it goes.
I didn't have any expert advice, and I didn't have too many extra pounds, so my friend suggested I just replace one sweet cocktail with dinner. But I decided to replace breakfast too, and just go for a walk.
I later found out that Energy Diet has a whole developed program for this, but I didn't need to drastically lose weight, just adjust my figure and detoxify my body, so I didn't follow it. But for those interested, I'll tell you more about it later.
2. Using Energy Diet in my diet.
I found this menu online, which consists of THREE stages of nutrition using Energy Diet:
STAGE 1 - START
Breakfast: Energy Diet cocktail with any flavor.Second breakfast: 0.5-1 Energy Diet soup.Lunch: 1 Energy Diet soup or omelette, 1 serving of vegetables.Snack: Energy Diet cocktail with any flavor.Dinner: 1 Energy Diet soup, 1 serving of vegetables.STAGE 2 - CONTROL
Breakfast: 1 Energy Diet cocktail with any flavor or 1 serving of vegetables, a cup of tea or coffee.Second breakfast: 0.5-1 Energy Diet cocktail with any flavor.Lunch: 1 serving of protein food, 1 serving of vegetables, a cup of tea or coffee.Snack: 1 Energy Diet soup.Dinner: 1 Energy Diet soup.STAGE 3 - STRENGTHENING
Breakfast: serving of carbohydrates, serving of proteins, a cup of tea or coffee.Second breakfast: fruits or berries.Lunch: serving of proteins, 1 serving of vegetables, a cup of tea or coffee.Snack: fruits or berries.Dinner: Energy Diet cocktail or omelette, 1 serving of vegetables.
Energy Diet (Energy Diet)I had my own menu, though. I decided to simply replace my breakfast and dinner with these cocktails. To start, I chose the fruit-based Energy Diet (raspberry cocktail and red fruit cocktail).
This is the way the manufacturers recommend preparing the Energy Diet cocktail, which I slightly modified by adding more water than milk, and sometimes tried with juice:
Mix, intensively shaking in a closed container (shaker) 30 grams (one measuring spoon) of the product and 200 ml of 1.5% fat milk at a temperature not exceeding 60°C.
Since the bottle contains 450g, and one serving is 30g, it means the bottles last for 15 servings. If you drink them 3 times a day, one bottle will last for 5 days.
3. Taste and contraindications of Energy Diet.
Here are the current taste options for Energy Diet food:
Vanilla

Red Fruits
Raspberry
Chocolate

I'll be honest, Energy Diet's fruit blends aren't the most appetizing things to drink. They're not disgusting or anything, but they're not exactly something I'd look forward to sipping on. I had them for breakfast and dinner, basically replacing full meals during those times.
One bottle lasted me a whole week, and by the end of it, I'd lost around 1.5 kg. I know now that replacing full meals with any kind of fruit 'cocktail' will lead to weight loss, since the overall calorie intake is significantly lower. But at the time, I was thrilled and decided to keep going.
So, I ordered more bottles from a friend, but this time, I got different flavors. I wanted to try out their other energy diets, so I got a soup, vanilla, and chocolate. The soup was basically just a tasteless mixture...
Shaker Energy Diet (Energy Diet)When I started drinking the vanilla cocktail, I was really disappointed with the taste. It felt like I was drinking some weird, overly sweet mixture of unknown stuff. Plus, it was pretty thick and just didn't go down smoothly. I ended up finishing it...let's just say I won't forget the experience
I was hoping things would get better with the chocolate Energy Diet, but nope...it just made things worse. I couldn't even finish a whole glass of it. I felt bad wasting the product, but I just couldn't bring myself to drink it. Then, there was a point of no return, where I just couldn't look at those bottles without feeling a nasty reflex. That's when I realized I couldn't keep eating something that disgusted me. I wanted to go back to the fruit flavors, but my mind was blocked – I just didn't want to drink them anymore. My sister and mom had the same experience. They stopped drinking it way before me, saying it was a rare kind of grossness that didn't agree with them at all.
Energy DietI'd already lost about 1-2 kilograms at that point, but I wasn't thrilled about the numbers. To be honest, I wasn't enjoying the process at all. That's when I realized I could eat more nutritious, lighter food within the same calorie range and still lose weight without going through those confusing smoothies. From then on, I started developing my own individual diet. I switched to healthier eating and chose foods that would boost my metabolism, not slow it down.
Contraindications:
Children under 3 years old, pregnant or breastfeeding women, elderly individuals, people with heightened nervous excitability, insomnia, heart activity disorders, or high blood pressure.
4. Composition, price, and consumption of Energy Diet.
Here's the composition listed on the packaging of one of the Energy Diet:
Energy DietAccording to the manufacturers, one serving of Energy Diet contains as much:
vitamin D as 3.2 liters of milkcalcium as 0.5 liters of kefirvitamin E as 850 grams of cottage cheesevitamin C as 300 grams of apples or 600 grams of eggplantsvitamin B6 as 120 grams of beef or 2.4 kilograms of apples, or almost 1 kilogram of hawthorniron as 2 liters of apple juice or 750 grams of green peas or around 650 grams of onions, or 200 grams of raisins, or 325 grams of chicken meatprotein as 3 glasses of milk or 70 grams of beef, or 50 grams of cheese, or 2 eggsBut is this amazing composition actually absorbed by the body? That's the question. I'm not entirely sure.
And here's the composition of vitamins and minerals they listed on the packaging:
Energy DietAnd the most interesting thing! How much does this miracle jar cost?
The price on their official website is currently 1990 rubles per jar. If you take three cocktails a day, you'll spend almost 2000 rubles in five days. I consider this expenditure not economical, and the price of the cocktail is overpriced. You can buy vegetables, fruits, meat, and dairy products with the same money and see the result in front of you. Understand that these are real products, not a powder of unknown origin.
Here are my photos - proper nutrition + sports, and no Energy Diet jars are needed!
My recent photo (Healthy eating + sports)My recent photo (Healthy eating + sports)5. Conclusion.
You can definitely try out Energy Diet's nutrition, but I wouldn't recommend buying it. You can achieve weight loss by simply reducing your calorie intake to the same level as these shakes, without spending a lot of money and forcing yourself to drink shakes that I found really unpleasant to taste. I'd give Energy Diet 2 stars, and I'd have gone for 1 if it wasn't for the constant spam from this company, including their consultants trying to convince me that their product is great (which, in my case, it wasn't).
