Is Eat My Cherry Caramel Lip Balm a Guilty Pleasure or a Must-Have?
I've been using lip balms for years, but my first encounter with Eat My was impossible to resist. I'd been loyal to Carmex for a while, and while I wasn't planning to switch, their adorable packaging and huge variety of flavors just won me over.
I've tried many lip balms over the years, but Eat My has won me over with their unique packaging and flavors. The Cherry Balm is one of my favorites, and I'm excited to share my thoughts on it.
EAT MY CHERRY BALM
The Cherry Balm comes in a cute and compact tube that's super easy to carry around. The packaging is one of the things that drew me to Eat My in the first place. I love the variety of flavors and the adorable designs – they're almost too cute to resist.

INGREDIENTS:
PACKAGING:
I have to say, the balms are packaged in the cutest way ever. My school-aged daughter squealed with delight when she saw it, and I'm pretty sure she's going to take it from me soon and show it off to her friends at school.
When I flipped the product over, I was greeted with all the essential information – just what I needed.
EXTERIOR DESIGN:
The balm itself looks pretty plain and a bit rustic, but I don't get why some people would frown upon its design. It's not exactly what I'd call high-end, but it gets the job done.
There's just enough room on the body for some basic information – even the ingredients list is included.
At the bottom, there's a little wheel that lets you adjust the stick's extension – it's a nice touch.
The stick itself has an unusual oval shape that takes some getting used to, but it's not a deal-breaker.
It doesn't have any color, but it does have a lovely sheen to it when you apply it – a nice bonus.
SCENT:
I was expecting a natural strawberry mousse scent, but what I got was something altogether different – it smells like cherry caramels, and it's nice, but not what I was expecting.
My Impressions of the Eat My Вишневый Мусс Balm
Original State:
I don't have any before-and-after photos, because I've been taking care of my lips for years with a trusty old favorite – Carmex.
Honestly, I haven't found anything better than Karmex for keeping my lips in top condition – it's a hard act to follow.
These photos were taken after using no balm or lip care products for over 24 hours – and my lips still feel great, which is a testament to my skincare routine.
I don't use balm for healing; I use it to keep my lips looking healthy and well-groomed – it's all about maintenance.
Application:
Since the balm is clear, I can apply it without a mirror – it's almost like applying it by touch, which is convenient.
However, I did take a little time getting used to the stick's shape, especially after years of using round balm sticks – it's an adjustment.
Now that I'm used to it, I don't notice any discomfort at all – it's just part of the routine.
Effect:
I bought this balm for my purse, with no high expectations – I just wanted a cute tube and a pleasant scent. But what I got was a lot more.
The balm not only smells great, but it also has a subtle sweetness to it – not cloying or artificial, but rather quite pleasant.
Taking care of my lips is definitely a thing, and this product is great at maintaining their health, even if it can't completely restore damaged skin – it's a solid workhorse.
Even just using a balm without any lipstick or other makeup, my lips have a nice sheen to them and look really appealing – it's all about the details.
I'm a huge fan of matte lipsticks and lip liners, and for them to look their best, my lips need to be in top condition – it's all about the prep work.
I don't buy any lip scrubs or make my own, I just apply a thick layer of balm, let it sit for 20 minutes, and then blot my lips with a tissue to remove any excess – it's a simple trick that works.
After that, even the most finicky lipstick looks amazing on my lips – it's all about the foundation.
Even in the harsh Siberian winter, with batteries running low, my lips looked more than decent – thanks to this balm, I didn't have to reach for Carmex as often.
Even lipstick with pepper in the ingredients didn't do my lips any harm – it's all about finding what works for you.
Verdict:
I'd say the Eat My Вишневый Мусс balm is a solid choice if you don't expect miracles – it's a bit sweet, smells nice, and actually takes care of my lips.
It doesn't leave a residue, doesn't feel greasy on my lips, and comes off really cleanly – it's a winner in my book.
With its 4-star rating, I'm happy to recommend it to anyone looking for a decent lip balm – it's a great option to consider.
