All the slices are large, around 8-10cm, with no small pieces to be found. Some slices are up to 1cm thick, but the fruit is soft and reminds me of dried mango at its best.

They also claim it's sugar-free, but each slice feels like it's packed with fructose or fruit sugar, with a glycemic index of 32. However, the dried mango itself has a glycemic index of 60, so it's not recommended for diabetics, unlike apricots with a glycemic index of 35.
Of course, dried mango also has its benefits, like all yellow fruits. It's rich in carotenoids, which are essential for eye health. Additionally, it's packed with manganese, which helps regulate metabolism and maintain bone health.
And, of course, dried mango Kong is a real treat! You can also buy dried papaya, pineapple, passionfruit, ginger (in sugar), quince, and peaches.
