I've struggled with excess weight for as long as I can remember, and my highest weight before my first pregnancy was 105 kg.
After my second pregnancy, I broke my own record and weighed 112.2 kg, which was my weight 7 months after giving birth.

Almost always, I successfully complete it, losing 3-5 kg.
Naturally, they promise to lose more than 20 kg (I had a minimum of 30 kg) on Dolya's kefir diet with excess weight, but I've only managed to lose a maximum of -5 kg.
So, my initial parameters for the diet were:
Weight: 112.2 kg. Height: 167 cm.
Weight loss in a weekMeasurements before:Chest - 129 cm.
Waist - 112 cm.
Hips - 123 cm.
Stomach - 131 cm.
Left arm top - 48 cm.
Left leg top - 75 cm.
I don't stick to Dolya's diet very strictly, for example, I don't limit myself to water, and I can drink up to 1 liter of kefir a day instead of 500 ml, I eat as many fruits, cottage cheese, and chicken breast as I can (I can't eat too much, especially cottage cheese).
Occasionally, I treat myself to some tasty snacks (cappuccino, crackers).
This time, I was doing Pilates three times a week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday).
Day one. Boiled potatoes + kefir.
I have to admit, it's tough to switch from my usual diet to kefir overnight.
But I'm committed to this goal, and there's no going back now!
The key is to make it through the first three days. After that, it gets a bit easier, and you start to see the results on the scale, which motivates you to keep going.
Today, I had four medium-sized boiled potatoes and a liter of 1% kefir, plus two 300ml cappuccinos with syrup.

Day three. Fruits + kefir.
Weight: 110.4 kg (-200g).
No-Sweat Diet I'm glad I didn't cheat on the cottage cheese and kefir day, and I'm still on track to losing weight. Today's menu features fruits and kefir - basically, a luxurious day out!
My weight loss journey The kefir I had today was 2.5% fat (I drank a total of 2 cups, or 500 ml). I had two apples, a hurrma, and half an ananas.
Dolina Diet menu Reviews of Larisa Dolina's diet I treated myself to a cappuccino with sugar. I went to bed feeling full, I guess my stomach is starting to shrink.
Day four. Chicken breast + kefir.
Weight: 109.7 kg (-700 grams).
The downsides of a kefir diet This is my favorite day in the Dolina diet, finally I can eat some decent food. I'll be honest, I couldn't stomach the chicken breast, it's too dry and tasteless. In the past, I used to force it down with soy sauce.
Today, I decided not to torture myself and boiled some regular chicken thighs, minus the skin.
The pros and cons of the diet They're a hit! Too bad the chicken day is only one day in the diet, unlike the fruit days.
Today, I had 500 grams of skinless chicken and 500 ml of kefir, plus two cappuccinos with syrup.
I'm mentally preparing myself for the day on just one mineral water.
Getting on the scales every day is really motivating and makes me want to keep pushing myself.
Day five. Fruits + kefir. Backslide.
Weight: 109.5 kg (-200g).
Weight loss of 7 kgI started the day well - I had an apple for breakfast, then I was snacking on mandarins.
But soon I got hit with this crazy feeling of hunger, and I just couldn't resist eating a piece of bacon.
Food by dayThis hunger binge didn't stop there, and I ended up eating a sandwich. I washed it down with some soda.
I'm glad I was able to stop myself, but I'd say my diet was pretty much ruined.
Day six. Mineral water. After the backslide.
Weight: 110.1 kg (+600g).
Body cleansingI was really nervous about stepping on the scales this morning, but I had to. And the result? A plus 600 grams.
After drinking a glass of mineral water, I decided to stick to salads for the last two days.
Tough dietDay seven. Fruits + kefir. (I was eating salads).
Weight: 108.8 kg (-1.3 kg).
Diet for womenMeasurements after the diet.
Bust – 126 cm (-3 cm).
Waist – 110 cm (-2 cm).
My measurements after a week on the diet were a bit off, but I'll share them anyway. My hips were 120 cm, which is a bit smaller than the usual 123 cm. My waist was 129 cm, down from 131 cm. My left arm measured 44 cm, which is 4 cm smaller than usual. My left leg measured 74 cm, just 1 cm smaller than usual.
Despite not finishing the diet as planned and only following a low-calorie diet for the last two days, I still managed to lose 3.4 kg in just 7 days. My body measurements shrunk by 2-4 cm, which I'm pretty happy with.
The best part is that I felt a lot better, with more energy and it was easier to move around. If you're someone with a lot of self-control, you might be able to stick to the diet until the end. I wasn't that lucky, but I'm thinking of trying it again after the holidays as a detox.
