We'd been saving up for a while, and just when we thought we had a good deal, our son pointed out that prices were about to go up. I was skeptical, but he convinced me to take the plunge and head to the nearest DNS store.

First, we went to the store and checked out the monitors, PC cases, mice, and keyboards ourselves. We tried to count and pick out what we needed, but we needed some help figuring out what we wanted. That's where the sales consultant came in - he used the program to help us choose the right components. My son was listing the specs, and the consultant was checking the prices and availability. The cost of the chosen components was increasing right before our eyes, and we had to adjust our selections on the fly.

When I saw the outrageous price of the monitor, the 3000 rubles for assembly seemed like a better option. I knew they were trying to upsell us, but we decided not to take on the assembly ourselves. This was our first time buying a computer without building it ourselves. After a brief discussion, we opted for the paid assembly service. At the checkout, we had to pay 100% of the deposit upfront, and we could pick up our order the next day after 7 pm.The order arrived at the store neatly packaged in boxes, and everything was in good condition. The assembler built and configured the computer, and my son watched. The process took about an hour. At home, we placed the computer on our desk, and it's been running smoothly ever since. I have to say, the value for money is pretty good, considering we got a high-performance computer with great build quality and ease of use. The customer support was also excellent - the sales consultant was knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. We're really happy with our purchase, and I would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for a reliable computer retailer. The shipping was fast, and the assembly service was convenient.

I set up the necessary programs and stuff on the table, and my son took care of it. I don't mess with computers, but I do have a laptop that I bought from DNS a few years ago.

At first, the price rose a bit, and then it was already over 110,000 rubles for the same computer. That's just not cool, unfortunately, everything keeps getting more expensive...I'm really impressed with DNS. In all the time we've been coming here, I haven't encountered any outright rudeness or anything like that. The staff is always helpful and knowledgeable, and the prices are competitive. If we need to buy something from the store for home again, we'll definitely come back to DNS.
