We booked a 10-night trip to Hurghada at an all-inclusive resort from February 6th to 16th. I paid for the trip on February 1st at 9:15 PM, and my mom booked a different trip to the same resort around the same time. She got her confirmation and documents the next day, but I was left in the dark. I called and messaged your team, and they kept telling me to wait – which was super frustrating.
The next day, my friend booked a 9-night trip to the same resort, and her confirmation was processed immediately. I was still waiting for my confirmation, and your team told me it would be done the next day. But when I called again, I was told there were no rooms available in the resort, and I had to pay an additional 60,000 rubles for the same room. What kind of deal is that?
I was shocked and disappointed by the lack of communication and false promises. I paid for the trip upfront, and your team didn't even offer me a similar room at the same price. Instead, they suggested I book a neighboring resort that costs 80,000 rubles more. I tried to book the neighboring resort at the original price, but your team kept giving me breakfast vouchers.
