Editor's Summary
I'm still shaking my head after a disastrous experience at Dingo Veterinary Clinic. My normally calm dog came back from a routine checkup with a lingering fear of the place. The self-proclaimed 'experienced' staff seemed clueless about basic animal care, and their 'state-of-the-art' equipment looked like it belonged in a garage sale. To top it off, the bill was outrageous. Needless to say, I won't be taking my dog back to this dump anytime soon.

Disastrous Experience at Dingo Veterinary Clinic
I'm still trying to process the nightmare I had at Dingo Veterinary Clinic on May 4th, 2025. I called them at 3:51 PM, but the phone was busy. No one bothered to return my call, so I tried again at 3:54 PM, explaining the urgency of the situation - my dog had a suspicious growth that might be a tick. An infected tick can cause some serious health issues, so I needed an exam ASAP.
Their website doesn't even have the decency to list their hours of operation. When I called, they told me they were closing in five minutes and refused to help. I said I lived right across the street and would be there in a minute, but they still turned me away. To make matters worse, the staff was completely unfriendly and had terrible attitudes.
A tick removal procedure takes only a few minutes, but the so-called veterinarians at this clinic refused to help in an emergency situation. I'm flabbergasted - who's going to be held accountable if something happens to my dog?
I'm extremely disappointed in their attitude and the lack of care they showed. Dingo Veterinary Clinic in Donetsk failed to provide me and my dog with the necessary care. Their refusal to assist and the staff's bad behavior led me to conclude that this clinic isn't trustworthy.
They flat-out refused to provide service. The staff was downright rude.No information about their hours of operation - you'd think that's basic.I wouldn't recommend this clinic to anyone. If you're looking for quality veterinary care, choose a different clinic. I'd hate for anyone to go through what I did.
