Magazine Missed the Mark
check_circlePros
- The storyline runs throughout each issue, which is kinda cool.
- The structure of each issue is consistent, so you can get a sense of whether or not your kid will like it.
- The animation and illustrations are hit-or-miss, but that's just my two cents.
- It's a thin mag, and that might be a plus for some parents.
- The illustrations are colorful and might hold your kid's attention.
- The stories are pretty consistent, so you know what to expect.
cancelCons
- The lack of engaging tasks was a major letdown.
- It's just your standard stories, and honestly, you can find better value elsewhere.
- There are no stickers inside, which might be a bummer if your kid wants to get creative.
- The animation and illustrations are hit-or-miss, and that's not what I'm looking for in a magazine.
- It's pricey, and I expected way more for the cash.
- The stories are pretty generic, and my kid didn't find them that interesting.

I've been checking out sales and grabbing a few issues to see what we like. Out of all the mags I've tried in the last five years, only two have really caught our attention, and this one isn't it.

Here are a few things I liked:

What's wrong with the drawing:
Differences and puzzle:
There's one craft project, but it's not as engaging as the other mags I've mentioned. Honestly, I think it's worth skipping this one and going for something like Sashka and Mashka or Neposeda instead. They offer better value for the price, with more interesting tasks and a lower price point.
Here's a photo of the entire issue to give you a better idea. Sorry, no likes this time!
