My Disappointing Experience with This Job Agency

I'm still trying to process the whole experience of working with this job agency. It was a frustrating and demotivating ride that left me feeling disappointed and disillusioned.

The job postings they advertise are 100% unskilled labor, and they'll take anyone who has a passport and a work permit. The pay is embarrassingly low, and the entire process is a total joke. You just show up for an interview, and they'll send you on an unpaid internship for a day or two. That's when most people realize they've made a huge mistake. They'll tell you they'll call you back, but they'll just forget about you. If you're lucky, you might even get a call back, but that's just a personal achievement in itself.

So, even if you do get the internship, you'll probably just waste your time. And if you do manage to get hired, you'll be lucky to make enough to survive, especially if you don't live in Moscow and have parents who support you. I'm not even going to get started on the employers who don't pay on time. They'll work you for 12 hours a day, and you'll get to choose your schedule. But the less you work, the less you'll get paid. And to top it all off, they won't officially hire you until you've worked for three months.

Let's get down to the numbers. They pay a whopping 1500 rubles a day, which is the best-case scenario. If you work 6 days a week, that's 9000 rubles a week. Multiply that by 4 weeks, and you get a maximum of 36000 rubles a month. And that's the maximum, assuming you're basically living on the job.

I've experienced all of these problems firsthand, from the agency's weird location to the delayed paychecks. If you do decide to use this agency, be prepared to be persistent and a little bit aggressive. That's the only way they'll take you seriously. My advice is to always check if it's a job agency or a direct employer. If it's an agency, do your research and read the reviews. Otherwise, you'll be in for a world of trouble.

The employees at this agency are clueless. They just sit around for the sake of it and couldn't care less about your job placement. I wish you all the best in finding a good employer, one that actually cares about its employees.
