I spoke with two people, one in the country of origin and one in the country of delivery, and they both assured me that all I needed to do was pay and everything would be fine.
But, of course, that's not how it went down. My package 'traveled' through Moscow for 3 days! Can you believe it? But that was just the beginning of my nightmare.

I had to call them myself, and when I did, they told me that the sender hadn't paid the €30 sanitary fee and some other charges. But I had been assured that everything was in order before shipping!

I've ordered a ton of stuff from China (I think Aliexpress is my biggest weakness) and even from Thailand. I've had cosmetics, dried herbs, and who knows what else in the packages!

While all this was going on, I discovered that DHL isn't part of the postal workers' union, which means they have less control over customs. Plus, customs has a bunch of complaints against them, and you'll be the one who suffers - DHL just wants to make as much money as possible!
But let's get back to the package:

So, they could've just put it in and delivered it...
Delivery took 2 weeks... and don't even get me started on the cost! Delivery with Russian Post would've taken 2-3 weeks and would've been 100 times cheaper!
If I could've given it -1000, I would've!
I've never encountered a company like this before!
