A Disappointing Purchase: My Experience with the Daewoo Analog Tire Pressure Gauge

I'm a car enthusiast, and I can tell you that checking tire pressure is a no-brainer. To avoid using my compressor's built-in gauge, I decided to grab an analog tire pressure gauge from Daewoo. I picked it up at a local home improvement store in the automotive accessories section. It was on sale for under 300 rubles, which is a pretty good price.

The gauge came in a standard blister pack with no carrying case – not exactly what I'd call convenient. I mean, who wants to dig around in their toolbox for the packaging every time they need to use it?It's made entirely of plastic, which is a bit of a letdown. I won't say the plastic is flimsy, but it's not exactly durable either. You get what you pay for, right?

Using it is a breeze: just unscrew the cap and attach the nozzle to the valve stem. It's pretty straightforward, but I did have to consult the manual to make sure I was doing it right.

As soon as you attach it, you'll hear the air escaping – that's when you know it's working. You'll need to compare the reading to your vehicle's specs in the manual, of course.I was only able to get readings on three of my tires, which was a major bummer. The gauge refused to work on the fourth tire, and I couldn't figure out why. I double-checked the valve stem and the gauge itself, but nothing seemed out of the ordinary.

Needless to say, I'm not impressed with this analog gauge. It's not something I'd recommend to anyone looking for a reliable option. In fact, I'd say it's a bit of a waste of money.
