I ordered the bikes in black yellow and black green, and they matched the seller's photos perfectly. Shipping took 22 days, and we had to deal with customs delays. Thankfully, the tracking codes worked, and we were able to pick up the bikes much earlier, thanks to our post office updating the information on time.
The bikes arrived unassembled, but we didn't need to use a hacksaw to put them together. However, our post office caused some extra hassle, which I'll get into below. The quality of the frame, the sleek design, and the good tire with a deep tread make it a joy to ride on asphalt, sand, and dirt. Gravel and bike lanes are no problem.
The rubber grips are super comfortable, and my hands don't sweat or slip thanks to the tread. The bike also comes with side grips on the handlebars, which is a nice touch. The gear shifters are sensitive and easy to use, too.
The bike has both front and rear brakes, and they work flawlessly. The wheel is in great condition, doesn't wobble or vibrate. The seat is adjustable in height, depth, and angle, and it's securely attached.
One of the downsides is the quality of our post office and customs work. If the bike had been properly transported, we could have avoided the hassle of assembly and adjustment. Unfortunately, the packaging was damaged during transport, with holes in the areas where the wheel axles are.
On each bike, the brake discs were slightly deformed. This model bike has a gear shifter from a 24-speed bike, although it's only 21-speed, with 3 and 7 gears respectively. When shifting to the first rear gear, the chain comes off, so you need to keep an eye on that.
The pedals are attached to a plastic base, not bearings, which led to the pedals breaking after just two rides.
Despite the issues with shipping and assembly, the bikes have exceeded our expectations for the price. They hold their own against more expensive models, and I highly recommend them!
