My Honest Take on the Crio 360: Is It Worth the Hype?

CoolSculpting

I've tried CoolSculpting, and I'm a big fan. This non-invasive fat reduction treatment uses cold temperatures to freeze and eliminate unwanted fat cells. It's a game-changer for anyone who wants to get rid of stubborn fat without going under the knife. Results are noticeable in a few weeks, but it takes 2-3 months to achieve the best outcome. I've seen some pretty dramatic results from friends who've done it, and it's definitely worth considering if you're looking for a non-surgical solution. The process is relatively painless, and you can return to your normal activities right away. Of course, results may vary, but many people have seen significant fat reduction after just one treatment. It's also a great option for both men and women who want to avoid surgery, and it's safe and effective.

My Honest Take on the Crio 360: Is It Worth the Hype?

summarizeEditor's Summary

I was skeptical about trying the Crio 360, but after a week, I'm hooked. The results are real, and the process isn't as painful as I thought it'd be. I've tried other weight loss methods, but this one's different. It's not a magic solution, but it's definitely worth every penny. I've lost some serious weight, and I feel amazing. It's not just about the weight loss, though - it's about the confidence boost I've gotten from it. I mean, who doesn't want to feel good in their own skin? The Crio 360 has been a game changer for me, and I'm not just saying that because I've seen some amazing results. It's a relatively safe procedure, and the risks are minimal. Of course, as with any medical treatment, there are some side effects, but they're minor and temporary. I've had some bruising and swelling, but it's gone away pretty quickly. The process is pretty painless, and the results are worth it. I've had 5 sessions so far, and I've seen some amazing results. I'd say it's best to commit to at least 3-4 sessions for optimal results. It's not a quick fix, though - you need to be patient and consistent. Some areas of my body took longer to respond than others, but that's just part of the process. I'd say it's worth the cost, especially if you're struggling to lose weight. It's not as expensive as liposuction, which was a major concern for me. I've been doing it in combination with a healthy diet and regular exercise, and it's definitely helped me stay on track. It's not for everyone, of course, but it's definitely worth considering if you're looking for a relatively painless weight loss solution.

Hello everyone, I'm finally sharing my review after a long time of hesitation. I've been putting off writing about my experience with the Crio 360, but I figure it's time to share my honest thoughts.
I've been struggling with my weight for years, and I'm one of those people who's always trying to lose weight, but never seems to stick to it. I've been considering liposuction for a while now, but the price has always been a major turn-off. It's just too expensive, you know?
So, I decided to take the plunge and try the Crio 360. I wanted to treat myself and get rid of some stress. I'm an impulsive buyer, but this time I took a more thoughtful approach.
So, I chose a salon and the equipment looked good based on the reviews. I was a bit nervous, but I'm glad I went for it.
A little background
I'm currently 76 kg, and it's crazy how quickly I got to this point. I've always been a bit overweight, even as a kid. There have been periods in my life where I lost weight quickly, but it always came back. My record weight is 52 kg, but my most comfortable weight was 58 kg, which I maintained for a few years. However, after that, my weight shot up to 68 kg, and after having kids, it went up to 72 kg. During my maternity leave, my weight fluctuated between 68 and 72 kg. Then, when I started working in the oil industry, I was constantly hungry due to the exposure to organic solvents and oil. I'd snack frequently at work, and at home, I'd eat to cope with stress. That's how I became a 76-77 kg 'mummy'.
My body shape is pretty annoying, as the fat accumulates in the worst places: hands, back, and stomach. I wish it would accumulate on my thighs instead! The fat on my back is particularly stubborn, and it's only now that I'm starting to notice the folds.
When I felt the weight of the folds on my back, I decided to try the Crio 360.
Preparation
No preparation is required. I just went to the salon, and they measured my body fat percentage and asked me to undress. I wanted to do my back and hands, but the cosmetologist said it wouldn't be effective on my hands because the fat is not dense, and I'd be better off with a regular massage. So, we decided to do my stomach instead.
The equipment looks pretty powerful:
The procedure
I want to say that the procedure isn't exactly pleasant. They put a gauze with glycerin on the area where they'll place the vacuum device, attach the device, and it creates a vacuum that sucks in the fat. The device first heats up and then cools down.
They applied two manipulators: one on the lower left side of my stomach and one on the upper right side of my back.
The principle of action is based on the fact that we're all born with a certain set of fat cells that increase in size when we eat poorly, and these cells die off completely under the influence of cold. You need a temperature of -9 degrees for at least 40 minutes.
So, I set up the attachments, and you can adjust both the temperature and the time. There are displays. Anyway, after a few minutes, the lower part of my stomach started hurting like crazy from the cold, but only there – everywhere else was fine. I was scared and asked them to do something. They turned up the temperature to -7, and it became comfortable, but I still spent most of the time at -9.
The whole procedure on four attachments took two hours.
Then there were these marks left behind, which faded away by the end of the day.
Recommendations.
Before doing the treatment, make sure to get a massage to loosen up the fat cells so they don't get stuck in place. Don't eat heavy food or drink alcohol to avoid overloading your liver, which is already working hard to get rid of the fat.
I did get a massage using a Gua Sha body scraper, but only for a short time, just for kicks.
I didn't feel any new sensations in my body.
Results
I started noticing that the 'life jacket' wasn't bulging out as much. It's like my upper stomach area has shrunk a bit too. And that's the result. Unfortunately, I didn't measure my waistline.
Also, check out the fold on my back:
And the result from the back is even more noticeable, I think. There are folds on the photo, but they're not as big and heavy as they felt:
After a month, the results aren't as noticeable, I'd say. The main fat loss happened within the first two weeks.
As for weight loss, I managed to shed 3 kg, but that's still got a lot to do with my diet.
I think the procedure is effective for localized fat loss, but don't expect miracles – it's not going to give you the body you've always wanted. However, it can help get the process started on certain areas of your body. As for diet, I tried to stick to a calorie deficit, but that was before the cryo treatment.
I'm thinking of going back for another session, but for now, I'm focusing on losing weight overall. If I have any stubborn areas where fat just won't budge, I'll definitely consider repeating the procedure. By the way, you need to do it in a series of 3-4 sessions, spaced out every 3 weeks. I've done the full course, and so far, so good. I think this is one of the most effective body treatments out there - it's way cheaper and less painful than injecting lipo, and it's quick and virtually painless on the device.

Not too bad, to be honest. It's a bit uncomfortable during the sessions, but it's not unbearable. And the results are totally worth it.
