- One thing that could be improved is the lack of clear information about the tour itinerary and schedule.
- Sometimes, the communication between Coral Travel and their partners (like Sunmar) can be a bit slow.
- I wish they had more options for accommodations, especially for those who prefer to stay in specific areas.
- In some cases, the tour groups can be quite large, which might make it difficult to get personalized attention.
- I've heard that their customer service can be a bit unresponsive at times, which is a concern for some travelers.
- The website could use some improvements in terms of user experience and navigation.

I've been working with Coral Travel for a while now, and I'm sharing my honest thoughts on booking tours with them. I've taken two trips with them, one in 2020 and another in 2022. From my experience, Coral Travel seems to be working closely with Sunmar, and they offer booking options both in their offices and on their website. Here's what I think about their services.

Hello everyone!
I've been working with Coral Travel for a while now, but I'm only sharing my experiences with you about two trips I took with them. One was back in 2020, and the other was in early October 2022.
From what I've gathered, Coral Travel seems to be working closely with Sunmar. At least, that's how it was before - they used to share a single airline, Royal Flight, for their charter flights.Coral Travel offers booking options both in their offices and on their website. I've booked with both, and it's pretty straightforward with the offices. However, people usually get a bit hesitant when booking online.
Fast forward to 2022 - my husband and I were planning a break, ideally to celebrate our anniversary. We spent all summer monitoring prices for trips to Turkey, the Maldives, and occasionally thought about the UAE. The prices for Turkey seemed way too high, so we started considering the Emirates and the Maldives instead. On September 21st, we realized we needed a change of scenery, and it's hard to relax when you're constantly stressed. We started looking for trips, and our choice fell on the UAE. We weren't planning to spend more than 200,000 rubles, and Coral Travel offered us the perfect option.
I'm still pinching myself about how we managed to snag those flights to Dubai. We booked our trip on the night of September 24th to 25th, and at that point, we weren't even holding out hope for any decent deals. But then, something amazing happened. The website showed us not just a low-cost option on Air Arabia, but a full-fledged Emirates flight. We thought, why not? We could splurge a bit, and the departure time from Moscow was perfect. The best part? We could save our traveler info and reuse it later. How convenient is that? By the morning of September 25th, around 11 am, we received a call from Coral Travel. They told us that the seats were available, and we could go ahead and pay for the booking. And just like that, we received an email with the subject line 'Congratulations!' - which, for my husband and me (both first-timers in the UAE), was a welcome surprise. We were about to learn about taxes and hotel deposits in Dubai. At that point, it was too late to back out - Turkish tours were still way out of our budget. And then, the emails started rolling in: reminders about the PCR test and offers to get it done at a lab partnered with Coral. Just a day before our departure, Coral Travel's staff called me again to go over all the details.
Upon arrival in Dubai, we were greeted at the airport, taken to a bus, and handed a brochure with a quick rundown of the excursions. We were also warned about meeting the hotel guide. The hotel guide was super helpful, answering all our questions about the excursions and even assisting us with the power outlets. And then, just as we were getting comfortable, he broke the news that our flight plans had changed - we'd be taking a different flight to a different country altogether. The guide was on top of it, though, and even apologized for the inconvenience. He was super responsive, too.
I've gotta say, flights were always on time, and the guides did an amazing job with each excursion. Honestly, I'm a bigger fan of Coral Travel than any other tour operator I've used. Their website's super easy to navigate, and you can even book hotels or flights separately from the tour package. In our case, the package deal ended up being cheaper than a one-way flight to Dubai.
I'd definitely recommend Coral Travel, and I hope this review's been helpful for you!
