ProWay Hyaluronic Hair Mask

I've tried a bunch of hair masks, but this one from ProWay really delivers. Its rich hyaluronic formula deeply nourishes and moisturizes dry locks, leaving them feeling soft and silky. I've noticed a big difference in just one use - my hair's got a lot more shine and it's way less frizzy.

A Hair Mask That Falls Short of Its Promises

summarizeEditor's Summary

I'm always on the lookout for a great hair mask, but the Concept ProWay hyaluronic cult hair mask fell short of my expectations. I've got dry, porous, wavy hair with a high percentage of gray, and I was hoping for a product that would really deliver. Unfortunately, this mask left my hair feeling dry and brittle, which isn't what I'm looking for in a hair treatment. That being said, the price is super affordable, and the packaging looks sleek. It's a decent option for those on a budget, but it's not worth the hype for me. I've tried a bunch of different hair masks in the past, and this one just didn't stand out. I'd recommend it to anyone with normal or oily hair, but if you've got dry or damaged locks, you might want to look elsewhere. One thing I do like is that it's easy to apply and has a pleasant scent. Overall, I'm disappointed in how it performed, but I think it's worth a try if you're on a tight budget.

Hello everyone!
I'd heard a lot about the Russian brand Concept, which produces professional hair care products. I've got a big collection of hair care products at home because I love trying out new things and buying hair care products in general.
When I saw this mask at a very affordable price and with great reviews, I just had to buy it. I mean, who wouldn't want to try a hair mask that's supposed to transform dry hair?
CONCEPT ProWay hyaluronic cult hair maskProduct name:CONCEPT ProWay hyaluronic cult hair mask
My hair's dry, porous, wavy, with a high percentage of gray, dry all over, especially the ends. It's been colored with henna, then dye, and then I've had to use a bleach remover to get the color out and dye it a lighter shade.
My scalp's never oily, my skin's sensitive. I don't have dandruff. I lose a normal amount of hair. I dry my hair with a blow dryer.
I usually wash my hair every 4-6 days.
I want to get from the Concept ProWay hyaluronic cult hair mask what the manufacturer promises, namely:
Hyaluronic Cult is
a transformation mask for dry hair.
The concentrated hyaluronic acid in the formula works on a deep level: restores the hydrobalance, tightens the structure, and 'seals' the cuticle.
The result after the first application is that my hair becomes flexible, silky, and perfectly smooth without weighing it down.

Mask for hair CONCEPT ProWay hyaluronic cultAvailable for purchase:
Golden Apple, Marketplaces, Mila store (Belarus) (currently on sale for 7.79 Belarusian rubles, approximately 212 Russian rubles), hypermarkets, Oz by (Belarus)
Product description:
The main component of the product is a hyaluronic complex combined with effective ingredients that contribute to active hydration and smoothing of locks.
The mask contains grape extract, a complex of moisturizing components, hyaluronic acid, and coconut oil.
which deeply affect the structure of dry and brittle hair, effectively nourishing it throughout its length without causing weight gain and saturating it with active compounds of long-lasting effect.
After applying the mask, hair should be soft, silky, shiny, and elastic.
Usage instructions:
The mask should be applied as usual to clean, washed hair, slightly squeezed out. The manufacturer recommends applying the mask from the roots (my roots aren't oily, so I applied it to the roots and throughout the length without any issues)
Leave it on for 5-10 minutes, for deeper hydration, we recommend increasing the exposure time to 20 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with water.
I immediately want to note that I left the mask on for 15 and 30 minutes, with and without heat, and the results were the same.
Concept ProWay Hyaluronic Cult Hair Mask Ingredients:
Aqua, Cetearyl Alcohol, Propylene Glycol, Peach Kernel Oil Glycereth-8 Esters, Behentrimonium Chloride, Cetrimonium Chloride, Glycerin, Cetyl Palmitate, PEG-90M, Hydroxyethyl Urea, Parfum, PEG-8 Stearate, Cocos Nucifera Oil, Ceteareth-23, Ammonium Lactate, Bis-Cetearyl Amodimethicone, Hydroxyethyl Cellulose, Hydroxypropyl Guar Hydroxypropyltrimonium Chloride, Polyquaternium-10, Prunus Amygdalus Dulcis Oil, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice, Brassica Napus Seed Oil, Glyceryl Palmitate/Stearate, Propylene Glycol, BHA, BHT, Propyl Gallate, Citric Acid, Disodium EDTA, Vitis Vinifera (Grape) Seed Oil, Ceteareth-7, Ceteareth-25, Sodium Acetate, Isopropyl Alcohol, Cellulose, Sodium Hyaluronate, Phenoxyethanol, Ethylhexylglycerin, Linalool, Hexyl Cinnamal, Citronellol, Alpha-Isomethyl Ionone.
I was a bit disappointed to see a lot of synthetic components in this hair mask.
Concept ProWay Hyaluronic Cult Hair Mask I was impressed by the packaging, though.
The bottle and pump.
The bottle is a 200ml blue plastic tube with a transparent flip-top cap that doesn't come off.
Concept ProWay Hyaluronic Cult Hair Mask The packaging is soft, but that's actually a plus - it makes it easy to squeeze out every last drop of product.
I also appreciated the detailed schematics and text information about the product in Russian, with clear font.
CONCEPT ProWay hyaluronic cult hair mask The texture is medium-thick, doesn't spread out.
CONCEPT ProWay hyaluronic cult hair mask CONCEPT ProWay hyaluronic cult hair mask The color is white, no speckles. The scent is intense, perfumy, floral, and honestly, really unpleasant for me - it reminds me of old perfume for grandmas.
CONCEPT ProWay hyaluronic cult hair mask I applied the mask to my shampooed, damp hair, tried leaving it on for 15 and 30 minutes, and also used a blow dryer and just applied it and waited. Without using any additional conditioner or hair balm, my hair was extremely hard to comb out, looked super dry, especially the ends, and there was no sign of moisturizing, let alone softness or silkiness.
Hair mask CONCEPT ProWay hyaluronic cult But I gave this mask multiple chances, especially considering its affordable price due to the normal distribution on my hair, and I tried different usage methods, but the effect was pretty much the same - dry hair. After the mask and then some hair balm, I could at least comb out my hair and make it look somewhat presentable.
But I was expecting an improvement from the mask, not the opposite effect.
Result:
I have to say, I'm not impressed with the Concept ProWay hyaluronic cult hair mask. My hair and I just don't share the same enthusiasm as some of the other reviewers.
The weird ingredient list, the unpleasant scent, and I'd be lying if I said the promised benefits were anything more than a pipe dream.
After using the mask, my hair was drier, more tangled, and a real pain to comb through. It was like it had turned into straw.
The only thing that saved me was a good moisturizing conditioner.
I used up the whole tube, hoping for some kind of cumulative effect, but nope, nothing.
Takeaways:
Maybe if you've got naturally healthy hair, this mask will do something for you, but I'm left with some serious doubts. For me, it was a total letdown, especially considering the lofty promises and the fact that I fell for them.
The only redeeming qualities are the affordable price of $2.50 and the convenient tube.
