Specifications
I'm a total bookworm, and I'm always on the lookout for awesome reads to share with my mini-me. We've got a whole library at home, and I recently picked up this super cool and vibrant book with a soft cover - it's a real showstopper!
I was blown away by this book. The colorful fruits and veggies are so fascinating - there are even some I'd never seen before! The story about Ellie the snail crawling all over the produce is just the best. But, there's one downside: it smells strongly of ink, and it's been two months since I bought it, and the smell still hasn't faded - not ideal, but it's not a deal-breaker for me.
Flipping through the pages with my kid has been a total blast. They've already learned to identify some of the fruits and veggies, and they can point them out on the page - it's amazing to see them learn and grow. Plus, each page is a different color, making it a great way to learn about colors too - my kid loves it!
At the end of the book, there's a fun little game where you help Ellie the snail find her way to her food - it's such a great way to keep kids engaged and learning.
I think this book is totally worth it - even if you're flipping through it all the time, it's easy to order a new one because it's not too expensive. Plus, it's a great value for money, if you ask me.
I'm super happy to have found a kids' book that's affordable - huge thanks to the author and publisher for creating such an amazing resource!
