I've finally gotten around to sharing my thoughts on the last hotel of my Turkish May trip. I've got a soft spot for the Kemer region, and I was thrilled to discover I'd be staying in Tekirova. Today, I'm reviewing the Club Hotel Phaselis Rose 5*, a 5-star gem that exceeded my expectations in every way.
Personally, I don't mind hotels being located in villages – it's no big deal to hop on a bus or take a taxi. Plus, there are shops around, like the Migros supermarket, a pharmacy, and a souvenir shop with delicious Koska treats, just a 2-3 minute walk from the hotel. The village itself is quiet and peaceful, especially during the off-season.
There's a small village just a short walk from the hotel, which offers a great selection of shops and restaurants.
The hotel's territory isn't huge, but the clever layout and zoning make it feel more spacious than it actually is. I was impressed by how well they utilized the space, creating a sense of calm and relaxation throughout the property.
There are two large P-shaped main buildings. Here's one of them:
They're identical, but one of the buildings has an open courtyard:
I was surprised by the second building under the roof.
It's interesting how they look the same from the outside, but inside, it's like a completely different hotel – the interior design is totally different. I loved the unique touches throughout the property, which added to its charm.
The main buildings are right at the entrance, and they branch off to the right and left from the reception. Then, in front of them, towards the sea, there are 3-4-storey bungalows:
The reception at this hotel is nice and spacious. We were greeted and checked in pretty quickly. I always love it when there are live flowers at the reception, not dusty plastic ones – it immediately sets the right mood. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home.
I stayed at this hotel for a week and it's definitely a solid 5-star place. It's not a VIP-level hotel, but it's got all the right stuff. I didn't see any crazy, trendy decor, but the public areas were super comfy. The hotel's attention to detail was impressive, from the comfortable seating areas to the well-stocked bars.
It was early May, so the hotel wasn't fully booked, but there were still plenty of tourists around. The relaxation areas are plentiful, and the inner courtyards in the main buildings are a real highlight. Plus, the reception area is spacious, and there's a bar on site that serves up great cocktails and sparkling wine, as well as a candy shop. I was impressed by the variety of amenities available, making it easy to find something to suit every taste.
I had dinner at the Italian A'la Carte restaurant, and it was absolutely delicious! The grilled meat was amazing, and the pizzas and veggie add-ons were to die for – you've got to try it, especially since you get one free visit to any restaurant of your choice. Besides the Italian A'la Carte, there's also a Turkish and seafood option. Be sure to book ahead, as reservations are a must. The property has seven bars, and I've already mentioned the bakery. Of course, there's also the standard buffet. We took advantage of the 24/7 dining, and on our last night, we even had the energy to hit the awesome disco.
The buffet really impressed me. The selection was huge, to say the least. I was stoked to see freshly baked gozleme on the breakfast spread – it was a game-changer! The snack bar also served up some great grub, with meat, fish, and pasta options. We grabbed a bite there before checking out, and everything was top-notch. I was impressed by the quality and variety of food available, making it easy to find something to suit every taste.

Now, let's talk about the rooms.
Club Hotel Phaselis Rose 5* has a ton of room categories to choose from. Be sure to pick wisely when booking. We stayed in the main building in a comfort room, which had been renovated in 2022. Our room was in block A, which is under the stars with a shuttle bus on the internal courtyard.
I have to admit, I was so caught up in packing that I forgot to take photos of the room until we were literally about to leave. Luckily, the hotel's description has some great shots. We stayed in the Standard Main Building Comfort Land View room, which is exactly what it says on the tin. The room itself is pretty standard, about 23 square meters, and would be perfect for two or a small family.
There's a nice tea and coffee set:
I was stoked to find the mini bar stocked with soft drinks. It gets restocked daily, which is a nice touch. What really won me over, though, were these tiny bottles:
They're so convenient – just grab and go. No need to worry about anything going flat. The bathroom was a comfortable size, with a shower:
You'll find a decent toiletry set and some cosmetic essentials:
And, of course, there's a balcony. I didn't get a shot of it, but here's a pic of the one next door:
Our balcony might be small, but it's a great spot to step outside. I've stayed in the Economy Room Without Balcony before, and let me tell you, it's not the most impressive view - you're basically looking at a wall. So make sure to book a room with a balcony if you want a bit more comfort.
The hotel grounds are really lovely, with nice pathways and plenty of greenery and flowers:
The overall impression of the grounds is really nice - they're well-maintained, clean, and nicely decorated:
I'm not a big fan of hotel pools, so I don't pay much attention to them when I'm choosing a hotel. But they're definitely a plus, and the separate water park is a nice touch - it's quiet and doesn't disturb other guests.
Our water park isn't huge, but it's got something for everyone - kiddie slides and adult thrill rides. I tried out the adult ones, and the drops were pretty smooth. The pools are a bit chilly, though - no heating, so you'll definitely feel the rush!

Kitty's Home.
Kitty's Home is just the cutest story ever. It's about a cat and her kittens living in their own little penthouse apartment. I was charmed by the idea, but I do wish the cat house was a bit more enclosed, for the sake of the animals and the other guests.
Check out the little brown fence on the right - that's the fence for the kittens' home!
Apart from the kiddie water park, there's also a dry kids' zone and a mini-club for the little ones:
Even though we were at the beginning of the season, they were already hosting awesome evening parties. We were one of the few families there, but there was a live band, a DJ, and people dancing and singing along. It was super fun. The performers really went all out and sounded amazing live. I loved it. And there was also some awesome lighting effects:
Okay, let's finally talk about the beach.
I'm one of those people who's obsessed with pebble beaches. This one's a mix of sand and pebbles, but there's still a lot of pebbles near the water's edge, so it's a bit tricky to get in with aquashoes. I didn't have any, but it wasn't a problem in the end. Check out the beautiful water:
I love that there are plenty of sun loungers around, all under canopies - it's super convenient for those who prefer to stay in the shade. The beach is spotless, but they've also set up plenty of bins, and the staff are always walking around to clean up after guests who can't quite make it to the bin.
And the views from the beach? Absolutely stunning! That's why I love this region.
The sea is crystal clear, and swimming is an absolute pleasure!
I have to say, the beach looks absolutely stunning in the bright sunlight at lunchtime!
Yeah, I can imagine it gets pretty busy and lively during peak season, but there's plenty of space on the beach.
The Club Hotel Phaselis Rose 5* was the perfect ending to my trip, and I said goodbye to Turkey on a high note, as usual. If you're already planning your summer getaway and looking for a hotel, I'd definitely recommend the Club Hotel Phaselis Rose 5* - it's a great option. My only minor complaint is the free access to the kittens in the Cat House.
On the plus side:
+ the beautifully landscaped grounds are a real treat
+ the grounds are well-maintained and thoughtfully laid out into different zones
+ the staff are friendly and welcoming
+ there's a great water park for both kids and adults, which is cleverly located away from the main areas, so you don't get any noise from it
I was blown away by the sheer number of bars on the premises. The food and drinks were top-notch, and I loved the renovated room. The place was buzzing with energy, thanks to the lively animation. The nightlife was amazing, with awesome events happening every night. In the lobby bar, they serve imported alcohol, which was a nice touch. And the best part? The ice cream was included in the concept!
I also got to enjoy a complimentary meal at the A'la Carte restaurant. The views around the hotel were stunning, and it was super easy to get to the center of Kemer or even Antalya. The nearby shops were within walking distance, which was really convenient. I'm not gonna lie, I'm a sand-lover, and I adore the pebbly beach here. So, if you're a fan of sand like me, don't let that be a con – there are plenty of other awesome hotels on sandy beaches too.
I'd give this place a solid 5 stars. I'd love to come back, so I highly recommend it!
