I've been going to Clinic #15 near Alexeievskaya metro station since my student days back in 2015.
Over the past six years, I've only visited them about five or six times, and until my last visit, I never had to pay for treatment, not even anesthesia was free.
First, let me tell you how to get there and give a brief overview of the clinic, then I'll share my experience with getting dental treatment.

You can walk there from Alexeievskaya metro station in about five minutes, or take a bus from Vladykino, VDNKh, and nearby areas.
When I first started going there, I lived nearby, and over the years, I've moved four times, but I still only go to this clinic because the location is pretty convenient.

In the cold season, there's a cloakroom that works, but the woman working there is extremely tired and not very welcoming. She doesn't hurry to take your coat.

I was lucky that there was no queue. My appointment was at 15:20, usually, they're fully booked.
There are terminals for printing tickets and making appointments, as well as a payment terminal in the lobby.
I want to mention that if you pay for services in cash through the terminal, it won't give you change. You can either put the change on your phone or donate it.
So, it's better to pay by card.

I should have seen my expression at that moment...
Of course, I didn't have that amount, so they just lightly filed the tooth, and I've been living with it ever since.
About a week and a half ago, I discovered a gap on the tooth (the one with the loose wall), but it didn't hurt yet, so I didn't book an appointment (I think this is common for many people).
I had to wait a week for an appointment.
I waited in the corridor for 10 minutes before they called me.
Dr. Bastykova was very friendly and welcoming, asked what the problem was, and started the examination.
It turned out that the tooth was almost dead, and even anesthesia wasn't needed. It wasn't painful, but a bit scary (probably just childhood associations).
We couldn't put a filling on the first try because the gum was bleeding.
I had to get a temporary filling, which I wore for 4 days. By the way, I booked my next appointment immediately, lucky me, there were a few free slots at a very convenient time for me.
Before I left, the doctor asked me if I wanted to get a free filling or a paid one for 3,900 rubles.
I've got to say, the cost of a dental filling in my hometown is around 500 rubles, including anesthesia and all that. Here, of course, the price is several times higher.
Maybe I could've shopped around and found a cheaper option, but I've gotten used to this clinic.
When I came in for my appointment, I arrived a few minutes early and was called in right away.
The dentist asked me again which filling I'd chosen and then got to work.
During the procedure, Dr. Baskirova was extremely polite, asked how I was feeling, and so on.
The whole thing took around 20-25 minutes.
Of course, the tooth wasn't perfect, and I had to ask her to fix a few things that weren't quite right.
In the end, I was satisfied with the dentist's work.
It wasn't painful at all, and I felt completely comfortable with her handling my teeth.
After the procedure, I had to go downstairs with a piece of paper, pay, and then come back up to the clinic.
The payment process through the terminal was a bit of a hassle - you have to input a lot of information, and I think older people might struggle without help. I had to think about it for a bit myself.
They gave me a copy of the contract, a work completion certificate, and the receipts.
It's basically two identical documents with different names.
I'm glad that the work comes with a one-year warranty.
I hope that this filling, which cost 3950 rubles, will last me much longer than that.
Dr. Baskirova also explained the situation with my teeth - one needs to be removed, and the other needs to be treated.
I've already scheduled another appointment with her, and I'm hoping everything will go smoothly.
