My Honest Review of Cettua Charcoal Face Masks

I'm all about taking care of my skin, and for me, that means finding products that deliver on their promises. I've tried my fair share of charcoal face masks, but the Cettua Charcoal Face Masks caught my eye because of their unique blend of kaolin and volcanic clay. Plus, the packaging is pretty cool.

So, what makes a charcoal face mask effective? Well, for starters, it needs to be able to draw out impurities and unclog pores. The Cettua Charcoal Face Masks claim to do just that, thanks to their special blend of ingredients.

But do they really work? I put them to the test on my husband and myself, and here's what we found out.

First, let's talk about the packaging. The masks come in a nice cardboard box with a clear plastic window, so you can see the product inside. The box is nicely designed and looks like it would fit right in with any skincare routine.

Now, let's get to the ingredients. The Cettua Charcoal Face Masks contain a mix of natural ingredients, including kaolin, volcanic clay, and gamolepis extract. These ingredients are designed to work together to draw out impurities and unclog pores.

But how do you use these masks? It's actually pretty simple. First, you need to clean your face thoroughly. Then, you apply the mask to your nose and wait for 15 minutes. After that, you peel off the mask and voila! Your pores should be clearer.

So, did the Cettua Charcoal Face Masks work for us? Well, the results were a bit mixed. On my husband's nose, the mask seemed to pick up some dirt and impurities, but it didn't do much for his deep pores. On the other hand, my nose wasn't as clogged, but the mask still managed to pull out some small dirt particles.

One thing that did bother me was the itching sensation after I took off the mask. It started within 5 minutes, and it was pretty uncomfortable.

Shipping was fast and efficient, and the customer support team was helpful when I had a question. However, I did have to return one of the masks because it was damaged during shipping.

The build quality is good, and the packaging is sturdy. However, I did notice that the masks themselves are a bit flimsy.

I'd recommend using a toner or wet wipes to clean your face before applying the mask. This will help the mask stick better and get a more even clean.

As for the return policy, I was able to return one of the masks without any issues. However, I did have to pay for the return shipping.

I'd give the Cettua Charcoal Face Masks 3 out of 5 stars. They're a decent option for a quick clean, but they're not designed for deep-cleaning. If you have deep pores, you might want to look elsewhere.

How to use:

First, make sure to clean your nose thoroughly - we used a nose spray to get it clean.Next, you need to moisten the part of your nose where the strip will be applied. I thought it might be because I didn't apply enough moisture.

So, when it comes to deep pores, it's not doing the trick. Plus, it leaves behind these annoying black streaks that you then have to clean up.

DOMy nose isn't as clogged as my husband's, but I still have deep pores that get dirty, and it looks like these strips didn't even notice them, let alone clean them. I managed to pull out some pretty small dirt particles.

AFTERSo, what can I say? These strips do clean out pores, but only the tiny ones. With deep pores, they're basically useless. And, fun fact, after I took off the strip, my nose started itching within 5 minutes. Not exactly the most pleasant experience.
