A Beauty Salon That's More Than Just a Service - My Honest Review of Büti Space by Nastena Happy
I've been thinking about getting a manicure for a while now, and I've always wanted someone to do it for me. That's exactly what I got at Büti Space by Nastena Happy, a beauty salon that's more than just a service.
The Evolution of the Service Industry in Our City
I love how the service industry in our city is evolving. We're not too big, but not too small either - around 1.5 million people. We're seeing more places that offer not just a service, but an experience - events, music, stand-up comedy, masterclasses, and more. It's like they're saying, 'Come and be a guest, we'll take care of you.'
Büti Space by Nastena Happy is a beauty salon where you can get your brows done, manicure, pedicure, waxing, and makeup. And on top of that, they often host events in the studio - jewelry-making classes, neurography, creating vision boards, and other cool stuff.
What I Love About This Place
I want to feel taken care of when I'm getting a service, not just get the service done. I think women are naturally more vulnerable in their desire to be cared for, and that's why I want it all - to be talked to, entertained, and pampered.
They've really gone all out here. If someone puts this kind of attention to detail into a place, you'll want to come back again and again. That's exactly what I feel when I experience this fullness that's all the rage right now – and it's actually made up of all these little important details.
Where Is It? Layout, Atmosphere, Conditions
I've always chosen the city center for my errands and leisure activities. It's just because there's so much you can do right away, there's always something going on, it's easier to get around, and, well, the city center is the city center.
But now that I'm practically living in the city center anyway, it's easier for me to find and resolve my beauty-related questions locally. That's how I stumbled upon this place for the first time – on one of the main city streets, in a convenient location. Petropavlovskaya, 46
It's easy to find, thanks to the awning with the logo from social media, and there's a separate entrance.
The studio's owner is a creative, active woman who's not just into beauty, but also hosts events in our city, and every time I visit the studio, I feel this surge of imagination in the atmosphere, decor, events, and overall vibe. It's all just so easy, light, and full of life and energy.
The reception area is always decorated in a fun way – either for a holiday or an event. Right now, it's like a rustic Russian-themed party: there are little sheep, a samovar, and red ribbons. They even have a little Christmas tree set up.
I was surprised to find a towel draped over the armchairs, embroidered by the studio owner's grandma.
This isn't about knitting threads on your wrists in Thailand.
The mirror was also a pleasant surprise: it changes with the seasons, and I love how it's set up - spring was all about colors, now it's more about the money side, and I enjoy that vibe)
I was offered to swap my outdoor shoes for slippers, flip-flops, or disposable socks.
I love the cozy atmosphere here - it's clear this isn't a one-man shop, but rather a small team of specialists. The main room is nice and intimate, and I'm the first early bird paparazzi today)
What really impressed me is that the team hasn't changed in over a year. I notice that new specialists are joining, but the old ones aren't leaving.
Each station has a footrest for your shoes, which is a nice touch.
One thing that caught my eye was the phone case
And the phone stand
The color palette for the wraps is pretty big, with plenty of options to choose from: lots of camouflage patterns, some sparkly ones, bright colors, and soft pastels. Plus, there are all sorts of stickers, applicators, and other fun stuff, but I rarely go beyond basic designs and light patterns)
I have to mention that they offered me a drink of my choice as soon as I walked in - either tea or coffee. The coffee was really good.
I Couldn't Put My Finger on It, But the Service Was Either There or It Wasn't
For me, service and enthusiasm for your work are like two sides of the same coin - they go hand-in-hand with a love for what you do. I guess that's what you need to feel when you're setting out to make a splash in this ocean of free-spirited entrepreneurs.
And then there's the pedicure area. It's separated by a screen, and the chair is super-soft and cozy - it's all about relaxation from the get-go. Plus, there's a mini-library on the shelf next to the chair with some really interesting and engaging books.
I have to say, I was really curious about the tool processing topic. Luckily, I didn't have to ask any questions because the entire sterilization zone is right in front of you, and you can see the whole process unfolding before your eyes.
This gives me peace of mind - I'm a cleanliness freak, to be honest, and I've seen some pretty wild things, even in high-end salons
About Prices, Price Policy, and Price-related Frenzies and Insults
No insults, thankfully - I'm keeping my fingers crossed that the current inflation and the party's policies won't drive me to that point.
As for the price-related frenzies, there were some incredible deals. You can buy a package for multiple procedures, and the price per service works out to be hundreds of rubles cheaper. Plus, during the events and promotions held at the studio, they occasionally give out certificates that let you get a service for free or with a nice discount.
There are also rewards for referrals - if you bring a friend, you both get 300 bonus points. And, of course, there's a 10% discount for paying in cash.
To break down the costs specifically for the manicure, it worked out like this for me: Removing the old gel polish, which came with the default gel treatment, and the easy design cost me 2200 rubles. I always go to the same nail technician, but I know prices vary depending on the category of expertise: there's a junior specialist with a lower price tag. Here's the manicure I got)
The pedicure, including all 33 treatments like foot massage, nail care, and gel polish application, costs 2800 rubles. If you just get the treatment without gel polish, it's 2500 rubles.
I've never had a procedure take over two hours, even with my lack of attention to the details. I trust the process and don't check what they're doing - it's reassuring to know everything will be fine. Plus, the customer support is great: the girls always ask how I feel, what I think of the result, and it's not just a routine question
Procedure and Results
When I came in for the manicure, I already had a red gel polish that had grown out and was getting on my nerves. The technician kindly participated in my photo report and took a picture of my hands)
I asked the beauty technician to keep the same shape, but give it a more oval twist
To be honest, I wasn't entirely sure what I wanted - my request was something light, sparkly, and celebratory
In the end, the result was this gorgeous look. The beauty technician helped me choose a soft, nude gel color and added some sparkly details at the tips, blended together for a seamless finish
What do you think? I'm absolutely thrilled
I'm thrilled to report that the entire process took less than two hours, and I paid 2200 rubles. My manicure question for the month is finally closed, hooray!
I highly recommend this studio, büty-space by Nastena Happy, to both visitors and locals alike for their genuine, heartfelt approach, excellent service, and high-quality services!
