Editor's Summary
I've had my fair share of dealing with delivery services, but my experience with KSE was a real wild ride. I placed an order with Vsemayki, but the delivery service, KSE, completely dropped the ball. My order went missing for a whole week, and I was about to give up hope. But then, out of the blue, my order started tracking again. The delivery service rescheduled my order multiple times, but it never showed up. I was left wondering what happened to my order and how KSE's system failed me. The whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth, and I'm still trying to make sense of it all. I'm not sure what's more frustrating - the fact that my order went missing or the lack of clear communication from KSE. They kept rescheduling my delivery dates, but it was like they were playing a game of telephone. I'm just glad I got to try some of their breakfast options, even if it was a week late.

I've had my fair share of dealings with delivery services, and I've seen my fair share of hiccups. But what I experienced with KSE was something I never could have imagined. I just had to share this wild and surreal story with you.
It started off like any other order. I placed an order with Vsemayki, chose my usual pickup point, and received the usual notification from the store that my order had been sent out. But that's where normalcy ended. I didn't hear a peep from the delivery service for a whole week. I was starting to get worried that my order might as well have been lost in transit.
I was about to reach out to customer support when, out of the blue, my order started tracking again. They told me it would be delivered on March 25th, but that day came and went without a peep. They rescheduled it for March 26th, but even that day's delivery window (up to 6 PM) came and went with nothing but silence.
Tracking infoApparently, my order had a mind of its own. It spent a week taking its sweet time getting to the cultural capital and even decided to take a stroll around it. The only problem was, I wasn't exactly thrilled about this situation, and I decided to reach out to the courier company to see what was going on. It took me about 10 minutes to navigate through the automated responses and finally get to a live operator.
Hey, is anyone alive? The operator offered me the same thing the system did - to wait a bit longer. I asked them to clarify what was going on with my order. Why they kept saying it would be delivered the next day, but that next day never actually came. The explanations that followed only made things more confusing.
Don't you want to have breakfast during dinner?I sent the operator the email I received from the store. He changed the tune and started singing a different song.
Not my fault! When I asked if there was even a pickup point at the location, I had no idea how prophetic my words would be. The customer service rep continued to spew nonsense and quickly ended our conversation.
The PVS that wasn't thereBefore I decided to contact CS myself, I emailed the store-sender with the same question. And guess what? The store replied that CS no longer had a pickup point at the address where the order was trying to be delivered. But the operators were still in the dark about it. I was curious to know how the courier could have tried to deliver the order to a non-existent address.
CS - we'll deliver your order even to a non-existent address! So, I went back to the CS chat again. And again, I wasted time getting through the robots to reach a live operator. And again, he started singing the same song about delivering my order tomorrow. He even assured me that it would be delivered to the original pickup point I chose.
No idea! Everything works fine here!I sent the operator the email I received from the store. He changed the tune and started singing a different song.
Go to where you received the card, and that's where you should go!So, you get the idea. The delivery service was trying to deliver the order to a pickup point that no longer existed, but they were still trying every day. It was absurd. I was still trying to wrap my head around how this whole process went down.
S - stability! And one more time! If you received the card somewhere, that's where you should go!Anyway, I'm glad I contacted the sender in the end, or my order would have been stuck in limbo forever. Although, I'm a bit sorry that I interrupted the show. I was curious to know how long it would have continued. After the online store changed the delivery address to a different one (just across the street), they again promised delivery for the next day. But, of course, there was no delivery on the next day, March 27. The CS information on their website had been updated.
You asked, we deliveredMy order was delayed again by a day. Why? Because of a redirect at the customer's request, it turned out. I personally requested that my order be delivered to the house across the street, not to the adjacent building. I guess I was just trying to get some exercise.
I have no idea where to goMy order was supposedly waiting for me, but the redirect was impossible, and I needed to break through the online chat again.I'll just go for a walk to the delivery point right now and get some fresh air. You can make your bets, I'll see if I get my order there or not.
And never, under any circumstances, work with the incompetent people at CS-E. Especially if you have an online store. Their sloppy and irresponsible work will negatively impact your reputation. I don't understand why Allsaints have started working with them, but I hope it's only temporary.
