My Boxberry Delivery Service Disaster: A Cautionary Tale
I recently ordered from iheb, and everything went smoothly, but I decided to use Boxberry's delivery service, which I'd used without issues in the past. This time, I opted for the free courier delivery, and that's when the problems started!
The order was scheduled for delivery between 10 am and 3 pm on December 7, 2019. I waited all day, and by 3 pm, I was getting desperate. I started searching for the courier, first through Boxberry's service and then through Axiomus. The chaos in this company is mind-boggling - it's like trying to solve a never-ending puzzle.
My order couldn't be found by either the phone number or the order number. Then, the operator told me that Boxberry was at fault for not providing the correct information, and the order would be delivered on December 9, 2019, between 10 am and 3 pm. They claimed they couldn't help me, and I was basically told to call Boxberry. It was a complete mess!
I'm pregnant, and this order contained essential vitamins and medications that I desperately needed. I was extremely frustrated, to say the least.
I tried to resolve the issue by writing a complaint to Boxberry and Axiomus, but it was a total waste of time. The order wasn't delivered on December 7, 2019, as scheduled, and no one apologized for the inconvenience.
December 9, 2019, arrived, and I waited from 10 am, starting to call around 1 pm. No one contacted me until 4 pm, and even then, it was just a generic message. The courier was nowhere to be found, and my order had been stolen. I couldn't find the courier or get any answers - it was a complete disaster.
I've had it with Axiomus's service - they're a total mess. I'm not kidding when I say they don't work. They can't even resolve simple issues, and I wouldn't recommend their service to my worst enemy. It's a nightmare.
Not a single positive aspect of their service stands out. Their customer service is non-existent, and their delivery is a joke. I'm still trying to wrap my head around the whole ordeal.
Customer service, speed, and punctuality - these are just pipe dreams for Axiomus.
I've tried to be patient and give them the benefit of the doubt, but it's clear that Axiomus is not a reliable service provider. Their lack of communication and inability to resolve issues in a timely manner are major red flags.
I've dealt with my fair share of delivery issues in the past, but this experience with Axiomus takes the cake. It's unacceptable that a company can't even deliver a simple package on time, let alone provide decent customer service.
As a consumer, I expect a certain level of service from companies, especially when it comes to delivery. Axiomus has failed to meet even the most basic expectations, and I wouldn't recommend their service to anyone.
So, if you're thinking of using Axiomus for your delivery needs, think twice. Trust me, you won't be happy with the results.
