I've been a fan of this brand for a while now, and I've tried most of their products.
When I heard about their new cookie, I just had to give it a try.
The brand is Bombbar, and it's made by OOO 'Fitness Food' in Russia.
Each cookie weighs about 40 grams, which is pretty standard for a protein cookie.
Let's talk about the packaging.
I was eating these cookies at my desk, so I couldn't take the best photos.
But even without a fancy setup, it was clear that they came in individual packets, each weighing around 40 grams.
The shelf life for this sugar-free protein treat was around 270 days.
I stored it at room temperature or in the fridge, and it didn't lose its freshness.
Just like all Bombbar products, this cookie didn't contain any refined sugar.
In its place, the cookie had steviol glycosides, erythritol, and sorbitol added to the mix.
I was surprised to find that regular wheat flour was replaced with proteins, dry milk, eggs, and corn fiber in this product.
Some interesting add-ons in this cookie included coconut charcoal and white chocolate as a filling.
Thanks to this 'rich' yet not extremely calorie-heavy mix of ingredients, the cookie turned out not only delicious but also low-calorie.
The cookie itself looked quite unusual.
Unfortunately, two of my cookies didn't make it in one piece after shipping.
