I saw this toothpaste on sale on the Lenta app and decided to give it a try since my old one was running low. The discount was almost 50% off the regular price, so I figured it was worth a shot.

I use this toothpaste both in the morning and at night. First, I wash my face, and then I start brushing my teeth. I press the tube and squeeze out the paste directly onto my toothbrush, which I've just rinsed under running water.
