The cafe is a well-known spot in Nizhny Novgorod, and it's clear why it's in demand. On a Saturday morning, the place was packed, and there were hardly any free tables. The interior is bright and colorful, with plenty of details, but it feels like the design is starting to show its age. Everything looks tidy and well-organized, but it's just not 'fresh' anymore.

One of the highlights of the cafe is the panoramic windows with a spot to sit on the windowsill. There's plenty of natural light, and it's cozy thanks to them. However, there's not much to look at outside the window – just a road.

The tiny closet is a nice touch, but it's not exactly spacious. And let's be real, it's not the most comfortable spot for multiple people to hang out in that nook.

The photo above shows the entrance to another room. It's got tables crammed in, right up against each other – you know, the kind where someone sitting at one table can easily reach over and touch the person at the next table, and definitely hear their conversation. In Tempe, they made the most of every inch of space. Like, there are tables right between the entrance and the bathroom door, and people are standing in line right next to them. And let me tell you, it's especially "enjoyable" when it's minus 20 outside and the door is constantly opening and closing.

The bathroom itself is pretty standard – clean, spacious, and all that.

On the food and prices. The menu's pretty limited – about 10 options, plus the "constructor" thing where you can get eggs with various add-ons at different prices. And don't even get me started on the drinks – a cup of coffee's around 400 rubles.

My partner got toast and said it tasted good, so our opinions were divided. They served the food quickly, even with a full house.

It feels like the food here is just average, and the secret to Tempe's popularity might be its location. The cafe is right in the city center, which might be why it's so popular.

Verdict: I gave this place a second chance, but it didn't quite work out. For me, it's just not worth returning to.
