Editor's Summary
I was super stoked to try out this AI model, but unfortunately, it's been a total letdown. The model works okay, but it's got some major issues with understanding what I'm asking for and how to deliver the final result. I asked for a simple image of an acorn on the grass, but what I got was a weird fig made out of wood. The model was supposed to download some textures to help with the image, but instead, it gave me a random tile pattern. Needless to say, it's been a frustrating experience.
Specifications
I was really looking forward to trying out this AI model, but unfortunately, it's been a major letdown. The model itself works okay, but it's got some serious issues with understanding what I'm asking for and how to deliver the final result.
I gave it the prompt 'acorn on the grass' and what I got was something that looks nothing like an acorn. It's more like a fig made out of wood. I've seen some weird stuff in my time, but this takes the cake.
The model was supposed to download some textures to help with the image, but instead, it gave me a wooden tile texture. I asked for a seamless wood texture, not some random tile pattern.
Then I tried to get it to create a picture of a cat eating ice cream, and what I got was... well, it's not the worst thing I've ever seen, but it's not exactly what I was hoping for.
But the real kicker was when I asked it to create a picture of a girl in glasses. It's not like it's a super complex prompt, but the model just couldn't get it right. The eyes are all wrong.
The Verdict:
This model is only good for creating super simple illustrations, but if you're looking for something that can handle textures and more complex images, then it's a total waste of time. And don't even get me started on how it can't understand simple prompts like 'acorn on the grass'. It's like it's making things up as it goes along.
Not gonna lie, I'd recommend looking elsewhere for a more advanced model.
