Hello everyone!
I've been rocking curly locks for five months now, and I've tried a lot of different things to take care of and style them. My hair has grown out a bit, and whether it's too soon to say about the second curl treatment, I was already itching to get a trim.
I had my curl treatment done at a salon near my place, a pretty standard place. I chose it based on the stylist – I went in, got some advice, and liked her. At first, I really wanted to try a bio-curl treatment at Bianca Lux, but booking an evening consultation there is super tough because you have to catch a stylist's free time to take a look at your hair and recommend the right treatment.
Getting ready for a trim, I thought, why not get my hair cut at this salon? After all, Bianca Lux specializes in curly hair, and I figured their stylists would know better how to cut my hair so that my curls look great.
The trim, styling, and washing my hair to just above the shoulder length cost me 3300 rubles. That's a pretty normal price.

The nearest salon to me is near the Suharevskaya metro station. I chose a weekday because it's way easier to get to work from there.
INTERIOR
The entrance area is super stylish and looks great.
The salon has two working areas separated by nice paintings.
In the big hall, there's a washing area. It's great that there are two sinks, so two stylists can wash hair at the same time.
I also noticed a big dryer in the large room. They probably use it when applying hair masks that need extra heat for a good reaction.
I was taken to a small room.
Inside the rooms, the interior is simple and clean – painted walls, big mirrors, and comfortable chairs.
The salon has a restroom, and the interior there is special. It's done in black. When you first walk in, it's impressive.
What really made me happy was the presence of both dry towels and regular towels.
I really liked the master – she's got a great sense of professionalism and tidiness. She told me how I could add volume to my roots by using powder for the root area of my hair. Now I use hair powder all the time, although I was initially scared of it.
I'll leave a photo of the powder she used during my hair styling, but at home, I'm currently using a different one. In the future, I'll definitely try the one she recommended.
The master cut my hair carefully, without pulling on my hair when combing. After the cut, she started styling my hair using the curly method.
First, the master styled my hair with my head tilted back at a strong angle. So, I was basically lying in the chair with my head back. The position wasn't very comfortable, my arms started to ache right away, but I understood that it was necessary for a good styling.
My stylist at Bianca Lux really knows what she's doing – she listened to all my requests for the haircut and styling, and delivered an amazing result! Check out how nicely my hair is lifted at the roots – it's a tough spot to get right, especially with my hair type.
MY OVERALL IMPRESSIONS
I'm really happy with Bianca Lux salon – my stylist is a pro at working with curly hair, and she did an amazing job with my haircut and styling. Plus, she really listened to what I wanted! The admin staff is friendly and always happy to answer any questions I have, whether it's about prices or services.
As I mentioned earlier, my haircut, styling, and shampooing cost 3300₽. I also asked about the price for a keratin treatment, which they quoted at around 15000₽ – but only if I don't need to come back for a follow-up treatment. I've had similar haircuts done in my area for around 8000₽, but this one was definitely worth the extra cost.
The price difference is almost double, but if the keratin treatment is just as good, then the styling and after-care at Bianca Lux salon will be worth every penny.
I'll definitely be back – my stylist did an amazing job, and now my hair is so much easier to style.
