Hello everyone! I'm excited to share my experience with the Beotua face mask, which has been a game-changer for my skin.
After having a less-than-stellar experience with a Chinese brand that I hadn't heard of before, I've become a bit skeptical of brands that fly under the radar on marketplaces and in reviews.
But, when I bought a whole set of masks on Ozon, I was a bit hesitant at first - but once I started using them, I gradually tried one mask after another!
Today, I want to tell you about a mask that's somehow universal and will suit different needs!
I've got a pretty standard request for my acne-prone skin: to calm it down after an aggressive cleanse and quickly recover!
The Beotua face mask looks really sleek, and I specifically choose masks with classic extracts like aloe, snail, or placenta during these periods of active cleansing.
After all, when you've somehow harmed your skin, it's better not to take any risks and not use masks with unknown ingredients!

I really love these kinds of masks - after using masks with a pretty unsuccessful design, I've come to appreciate these classic options with a great, thin, flexible fabric, the right size and shape!
I was really scrubbing my face, and I could see the redness, not sure how well this photo captures it, to be honest my camera does a pretty good job of evening out the tone, but in real life my face is way redder and more irritated than it looks in these pics!
From what I experienced, I felt burning, unpleasant sensations after rubbing, and of course visually – the redness!
I couldn't say it was completely unbearable and I didn't need to slather on a kilogram of cream right away, but the sensations weren't exactly pleasant!
Right after that, I applied a mask to dry skin and left it on for 15 minutes
After using the mask for a bit, I soaked it in the remaining essence from the packet and left it on for another 15 minutes.
The essence in the packaging is really generous, it's lightweight, easy to apply, and it's more than enough to give you a decent skin recovery for about half an hour!
I really like this option because I know I've been harsh on my skin today and I need to recover without any harsh consequences.
I really love the texture of this mask
it's almost transparent, super lightweight, and it just lays flat on my face without any discomfort.
After I took off this mask, my face is definitely no longer looking visibly red, and it feels more relaxed, but not quite there 😊. To be honest, after such an aggressive cleanse, it's not enough to just slap on a mask – you need to give your skin time to fully recover!
I do like that my skin tone has become more even!
There's a bit of stickiness present, but it doesn't bother me, and it doesn't create a greasy appearance or make my skin look like it's been slathered with oil!
This stickiness didn't go away, so sometimes it's enough to let the essence fully absorb and the stickiness disappears, but in this case, I had to wash my face again to get rid of it :)
I like that there are no uncomfortable sensations here, the burning has gone, and all the unpleasant feelings after cleansing have disappeared – and that's exactly what I was looking for!
If you're looking for masks for active recovery, thin, flexible ones that are properly saturated with great essence – I'd definitely recommend giving them a try!
Now that summer's around the corner, I'm looking forward to those sun-kissed days and dry winds
I actually use these cotton masks even more during this time than I do in the winter!
