My Honest Thoughts on Belita Lab BB Cream in Light 01 and How It Performs on Mature Skin

I've been pretty impressed with the performance of Belita Lab BB Cream in Light 01 on my mature skin for the past six months.

At first, I heard about this product from Agnia, and its affordable price tag made me want to give it a try. Now, I'm on my second bottle, and I'm still loving it.

I bought it on Wildberries for 269 rubles. The current price is 340 rubles. The second most popular standard volume is 30ml. There are three shades in the range. The product is made in Belarus. It's been six months since I opened it.

Description:

The packaging is a soft, flesh-colored tube with a green insert. The back has the description, promises, and the ingredient list with all the necessary info.

The nozzle is pretty narrow, so it's hard to overdo it. The scent is thin, cosmetic, and pretty standard – nothing special. The texture is slightly thick, and the product looks like a dense cream. The undertone is warm.

I was particularly impressed when I layered this foundation with other popular tone-on-tone products from my collection. Here's how I stacked them: Belita Lab BB Cream in shade 01 on top, Holika Holika CC Cream, and Art Visage in shade 201 underneath.

As you can see, the lightest shade isn't exactly a fair match for porcelain skin. It's probably better suited for those with a slightly darker complexion.

I've noticed it has a tendency to settle and oxidize slightly.

It doesn't give me a full-on orange tone, but it's definitely within a reasonable range.

Wear:

I've got 37-year-old skin with a combination of pores, fine lines, and occasional dryness around my nose.

I've found the BB cream from Belita Lab Ecoskin to be super easy to dose and squeeze out of the container - no issues with random globs coming out. I apply it with a sponge (either wet or dry) or my fingers, and I don't need any additional balm to prep my skin first.

The scent is really subtle - it doesn't overwhelm when I'm applying it or wearing it, and it fades quickly.

Effect:

It works amazingly well at covering up my skin. If I need extra coverage, I can layer it on without any issues. The cream absorbs quickly and sets fast.

I've got to say, it does a decent job of evening out my pores and covering up some of the discoloration. It's not too heavy, but it's definitely got a nice, even tone. I find it comfortable to wear, it doesn't sink into my pores and doesn't make my skin look cakey or greasy. One thing that really impressed me was how well it handles fine lines and wrinkles. Even in the evening, after using makeup remover wipes, it still looks great.

It's also surprisingly effective at dealing with pores, even in humid and hot weather - my face doesn't feel greasy at all. Although, I did notice that it does leave a bit of a residue on my phone screens.

As for the promises made by the manufacturer, they've all been kept - except for one that's a bit tricky to verify: the supposed probiotic benefits for the skin. I couldn't find any probiotics or prebiotics in the ingredients list, but I'm guessing they're there based on the claims.

One of the standout features of this product is how well it works on skin that's not in its best condition. If you've got tiny flakes or dry patches, it'll help smooth them out and apply evenly.

I've used it during the transition periods between seasons when my skin's been a bit wonky, and it's been a lifesaver. I just use a gentle cleanser and makeup remover, and my skin's been looking great.

I've been using this BB cream for a bit over six months now, and I've already gone through one tube and I'm halfway through the second. It's really easy to apply and you get every last bit of product out without straining your joints. But be warned, you'll need to cut the tube to get the last few drops.

I'm really happy with this product. It's a great everyday option, but it's worth noting that the shades can vary. If you find a shade that suits you, there's a good chance you'll fall in love. This BB cream has become one of my go-to options for everyday wear, and I'll definitely be repurchasing when I run out of the second tube.
