But that's not all - the more we asked questions about what we were paying for, the more their story changed. At first, they said we were paying for two hours of theory and one hour of driving. Then they said we didn't need the theory because it was already done. And then they said the two hours of theory were just a review of mistakes made during the exam. It's like they're trying to confuse us.
And if that's not enough, they'll send you a text message two hours before the lesson, telling you to come in for the theory session. Like, hello, we're not even in the city! Then they'll call and reschedule the driving lesson for an hour later, like it's some kind of joke.
We even had to get a new medical certificate because the old one had expired. But when we asked to sign for the receipt, they refused. Who does that?
And to top it all off, our kid got put on the 'blacklist' after we asked for our documents back. They're basically saying she can't take the exam again. We're going to get our documents, all right. And we're going to make sure everyone knows about this nightmare of a driving school.
