A Disastrous Experience with Aвито Delivery
I've never written a negative review anywhere before, but my patience has finally run out! I sold car covers through Avito, and many people were interested, but they all needed delivery. I didn't want to deal with it at first, but I thought, 'Why not? We live in a modern world, and delivery is convenient.' So, I decided to use Avito's delivery service. I was warned not to deal with this, but I thought the distance was minimal. I live in Vladimir, Moscow Oblast. It seemed like it would be quick.
The buyer paid for delivery, and I went to the Russian Post office to send it...
And then things started to go wrong.
I want to note that the item was sent on September 14th.
At first, they delayed the delivery once, then again, and again, and so on.
I wrote to Avito: 'What's going on?' The response was: 'Don't worry, if the item doesn't arrive by October 20th, we'll refund the money.'
Great, I thought!
But October 20th arrived, and there was silence.
I wrote to Avito again: 'What's going on?' They asked me to wait for a week at most. During this week, I received standard responses from bots or incompetent employees.
I warned them that I would write reviews everywhere I could. Avito's response was: 'We're dealing with it, it's complicated, we need more time, etc.'
Today is October 30th. There's still no compensation, and the item is still missing. I've read many reviews saying that it's better to resolve issues immediately on different review sites, and then they start to contact you and try to resolve the issue. Let's see how they'll resolve my issue.
