When I first smelled the fragrance, I knew it reminded me of something, but I couldn't quite put my finger on it. I checked out the fragrance's page on Fragrantica, where users share their associations with other scents, but nothing really stood out to me.
After some thought, I think I remembered! In my school days, I had a water from Shakira's S by Shakira Eau Florale. I'm pretty sure this fragrance is similar to that one, although they only share raspberry notes. I really want to get to a magnet board to see if I can find a picture of it to remember.
Shakira's fragrance was really delicate and didn't last long, but this one is definitely more substantial.
For me, Shakira's fragrance was super girly, but this one is like the same girl, but all grown up. I see her strolling through an amusement park with a sweet treat in her hand and a bunch of friends. The future is ahead of her, first crushes, and the first disappointments, as bitter as the cypress notes.
I can smell it on myself for a long time, even after just applying a few spritzes to my skin, not my clothes. It's a great conversation starter - people always compliment me and say I smell amazing
