A Sci-Fi Adventure That's Out of This World for Kids

summarizeEditor's Summary

I recently watched Amaba, the latest installment in the Inspector Cosmoecological Commission series, and I'm still reeling from the experience. This sci-fi adventure is out of this world for kids, with a thrilling storyline that's full of twists and turns. The animation's pretty impressive, with detailed backgrounds and characters that really catch your eye. If you're a fan of sci-fi and animation, you'll love this two-part series.

I recently had the chance to watch this animated film, which is the next installment in the Inspector Cosmoecological Commission series. The first one, 'Vampires of Geona', came out back in 1991-1992. And now, we've got this two-part animated series in 1995 and 1996.
Unlike the vampires, which were all about action, Amaba's more of a thriller. Some scenes are seriously creepy.
Amaba stands for Automated Morphological Bioarchitectural Assembly. It's a technological wonder of the future - self-sustaining cities designed to create habitable environments for people who can't live on certain planets. It's pretty cool - just imagine seeding Mars with these complexes and having a habitable planet in a year.
But, of course, there wouldn't be a story if things had gone smoothly on the first try.
This animated film's really engaging. The graphics and animation are top-notch, with detailed backgrounds and characters that really pop. Like the vampires, the variety of biological forms and the imagination of the artists are impressive. I'd say this film's more than just fantasy - it's a work of scientific fiction. It's simplified and kid-friendly, but the scientific basis is still there.
The story's based on a scientific experiment, and the problem on the planet is purely scientific and technological in nature.
I'd definitely recommend this film.
