Alphabet Classic ReviewsHey there, everyone!I recently bought vitamins to boost my immune system during the fall season. With so many options available, I had some reservations about the quality of local vitamins. I usually shop for vitamin complexes on Iherb, but I didn't want to wait for the shipment, so I'll share my impressions of the vitamins from the pharmacy.
So, here we go.

PACKAGING
\xa0
The packaging is nice, bright, and light. It's a cardboard box with all the necessary information on it.
The package includes 4 blister packs with vitamins and an instruction.
Alphabet Classic Review, Instruction, CompositionOn the back of the box, you'll find information about the composition, shelf life, and manufacturer.
The side panels have information on how to use the product.
On the back of the blister packs, you'll find the name of the medication.
I found all the necessary information in the manual.
TABLETS
\xa0
The vitamins come in different colors, but they're all the same size. They're smooth, coated, and easy to swallow thanks to their sleek design and small size.
TASTE
\xa0
As for the taste, the white and blue tablets don't have any taste. That's the idea behind the coating, after all. But the pink ones? As soon as you put them in your mouth, you can immediately tell they're there. And it's a very familiar taste. I've had a vitamin like this before, back in my childhood, but I don't remember the name. The taste is identical, though.

COMPOSITION
\xa0
Let's take a closer look at the composition. At first glance, it seems great. The pharmacist at the pharmacy will tell you, "Look, it's got all the necessary vitamins!" And it's true, it does. But what about the concentration?
Alfavit Classic composition The composition is listed on the box.
\xa0
I noticed that the composition includes sugar, lactose, and starch. Diabetics won't be able to use this.
Let's break down the main vitamins.
Vitamin D3 5 mcg
Let's be real, this product is a joke. The recommended daily dose is at least 25 mcg (or 1000 IU), but I recently took D3 with Aikherb at this concentration, and it didn't even make a difference.
Okay, moving on.
Iron, which many people are severely lacking in. 14 mcg
First of all, it's not clear what form of iron this is. I took ferrous sulfate, which was 320 mg, equivalent to 100 mg of Fe. I guess the small percentage of iron here is justified to avoid liver problems from overdose, but if you need a lot of iron, you'll be disappointed.
12 - 3 mcg
Vitamin B12, essential for nerve function and hair loss.
The concentration is laughable. In Neurobone, I took 200 mcg, while this product has a whopping 3 mcg. It's not a medication, it's a dietary supplement - not everyone needs a lot of B12.
However, for hair health, there are some redeeming qualities:
Biotin, Zinc
Folic Acid
The folic acid content is the same as in my standalone folic acid supplement.
150 mcg of Iodine
Iodine, another crucial vitamin. And guess what? It's in the recommended dosage for Russia. If you're not iodine-deficient, this amount should be sufficient for prevention.
Iodine is essential for immunity, work efficiency, and even weight gain in women and decreased libido in men. So, let's all just eat some iodine and save the country, shall we?:))
Side effects to be aware of are essential for individuals taking iodine. Two tablets with 35mg of Vitamin C
This isn't enough, especially during cold season. But you can make up for the shortfall by adding citrus fruits to your diet, for example.
MY EXPERIENCE AND TAKEAWAYS
First of all, I'll say that if you're already taking a multivitamin, it's best to hold off on other supplements to avoid overloading on vitamins. Too much of a good thing can be just as bad as not enough. Or, you know, just take the time to study the ingredients and concentrations before mixing and matching.
I probably could've and should've taken this supplement with Omega-3, and it would've been great. But I didn't take anything else during my time with AlfaVita.
How I felt during the experience: For a few days after starting, I felt a weird, queasy sensation.
I wasn't sure if it was the vitamins or another medication I was taking, but it passed after a few days. It was a minor side effect, a bit like getting used to taking vitamins.
I didn't experience any other side effects, no rashes or allergic reactions.
You're supposed to take these vitamins three times a day, with food (either with your meal or right after). You can take them in any order, but I stuck to the schedule: white in the morning, blue during the day, and pink at night. Miraculously, I didn't forget even once.
I felt like AlfaVita made a difference. There were a few times when I was on the verge of getting sick, but I managed to avoid it. Almost counts, right?
I've noticed a significant improvement in my productivity - I'm getting more done and feeling less exhausted. My stress tolerance has also increased, which is a nice bonus. It's funny how that happens when you least expect it.
The packaging includes 60 tablets, which is enough for 20 days of use. It's possible that's not a lot, but I didn't feel the need to buy a second pack.

REVIEW
I'm really happy with my experience with Alfavit Classic vitamins. I don't have any complaints, and I'd definitely recommend them as a budget-friendly option. They worked for me, and I didn't experience any adverse effects.
Alfavit Classic reviewsI was actually more impressed with Alfavit Classic than with the more expensive Vitrum vitamins.
