Hello everyone!
xa0
I have a friend who used to work at the Center-Invest Bank as a department head. At some point, she started promoting Alpha-Bank products on her social media and inviting people to join the 'My Own in Alpha' project. I'll be upfront - I'm not a fan of online businesses or pyramid schemes, as I personally don't invest in overpriced products and wouldn't want to recommend them to others either. I'm a skeptic by nature.
I watched my friend for about two months, and I realized that this project could actually earn me money and help my friends and family make some cash too. She'd show me her paychecks from Alpha-Bank and the cashback amounts from her debit card purchases. My friend started working with the project in June 2024, and by the end of the year, her earnings from the project were 481,347 rubles. She'd issued 142 cards. It was pretty impressive and motivating.
The 'My Own in Alpha' projectAt first, I didn't feel confident enough to write about it, but I understood that I'd probably give it a try eventually. She noticed my interest in her social media posts and reached out to me directly. I agreed to get an Alpha-Bank card and join the project. With my network of friends, I was fairly confident about my potential.

The 'My Own in Alpha' project in a nutshell:
We all know that where there's money, there's competition. That's why Alpha-Bank developed a project to expand its customer base. This system operates on the principles of multi-level network marketing - or a pyramid scheme, if you will. Don't let the term scare you off; there are no investments or risks involved. If you're a communicative and financially savvy person, this is right up your alley, and you're likely to earn some money. The best part is that they offer free training. All you need to do is put in a bit of effort and learn the material they provide.
Anyone who's a Russian citizen and at least 18 years old can become a partner.
Project 'My Way in Alfa' has shown some great results over the years: in 2024, partners brought over 1 million clients to Alfa Bank.
I know it might sound like I'm some kind of Alfa Bank representative, but this review is all my own initiative. Maybe it's a response to those who didn't believe in this project and thought people were getting paid to join. But I'm still here to share my experience!

How to become a partner:
First things first, you need to become an Alfa Bank client and order a free debit card via your mentor's referral link. This card comes with lifetime free maintenance and increased cashback. The only fee is 99 rubles for SMS messages, but you can turn them off in your personal account on the first day. You'll get free push notifications instead.
Next, you need to register in a separate partner account, again via your mentor's referral link. This person will teach you everything for free and walk you through all the project's nuances.

The income system:
It's all about points that accumulate over the month and are then converted to rubles. The cost of one point varies depending on your level. There's a minimum number of points you need to earn to get paid – 40 points. If you get 39 points, you won't get paid and the points will expire, not carrying over to the next month.

What you need to do to earn points:
Earning my first money wasn't a big deal for me. I joined the project in mid-January, issued 9 Alfa debit cards, and earned 12,900 rubles. In February, I issued 5 more cards and earned 10,800 rubles. In March, I didn't issue any cards and earned 4,400 rubles on passive income, but there will be more additions. The payment comes on the 20th of every month.
I have three partners – they're my clients who signed up for the 'My Way in Alfa' project, but none of them reached the minimum 40 points. So, they're not full-fledged partners, and I haven't built a team. I'd also get a reward and bonuses for working with my partners' first and even second generations.
My Own in AlfaI discovered the project 'My Own in Alfa' back in January and February, when the bank was running a promotion for opening a brokerage account. The deal was simple: spend 1000 rubles on stocks, and by the next month, you'd get a 1000-ruble gift from the bank. I could then use those gift funds to buy more stocks, and the bank would give me another 1000 rubles. This would go on until I reached a total of 5000 rubles. I realized there was no risk involved, and I could make money with ease. So, getting Alfa cards wasn't a hassle at all. I told my friends about this promotion, and they were more than happy to join in.
My clients in the personal account section look like this: last name, first name, patronymic, phone number, and an assigned ID.
My Own in AlfaSo, here's how I make money:
I get 13 points for referring a new client to the bank.
And another point for every 5000 rubles they spend on their card in a month.
Plus one point for paying their utility bills.
One point for connecting government services.
And one point for making their Alfa card their primary card in St. Petersburg – that's the easiest thing any client can do.

My Own in AlfaThere are also more serious points for promoting and getting clients to sign up for bank services.
I can get up to 12 points for opening a brokerage account.
Up to 6 points for opening a savings or deposit account.
6 points for getting a client to sign up for car insurance through my referral link.
And points for connecting salary clients, credit cards, mortgages, loans, insurance, and other services.
One thing I love about the Alfa platform is the 'My' section, where you can find the Showcase tab. It's super detailed, explaining exactly how to connect a product to a client so you can earn points.
I know some advisors like to work closely with their clients, sharing tips and offering advice. Many even create their own chat groups on social media to share exclusive Alfa-Bank promotions with their clients.
Alfa's 'My' projectThe cost of each point varies depending on your level, which ranges from A1 to A10. There's a handy table that shows how much each point is worth at each level. For example, at the lowest level (A1), you earn 40 points, and each point is worth 100 rubles. At level A10, you earn 10,000 points, and each point is worth 140 rubles.
I have to admit, I got a bit lost above level A3, but I get the idea that it's possible to reach even higher levels. My mentor, for instance, hit a record high of 150,000 rubles in January. I wish her all the best in her continued growth!
As I promised, here are my earnings: in the 'My' project, I earned 28,125 rubles in just three months. Over nearly six years on Alfa-Recommends, I've earned 25,802 rubles.
My Experience with the "My Own in Alfa" Project So, why four stars? I've got some issues with the rewards system in the 'My Own in Alfa' project. I've got a small client base, so I know exactly which rewards haven't been credited to me. For example, I spent over a month battling with customer support over missing points for setting up clients in Saint Petersburg. They'd tell me, "Yes, we see that clients have met the conditions, we'll credit the points." But the points just wouldn't show up. It wasn't until I escalated the issue to my mentor, who then forwarded the complaint to someone higher up, that the problem got resolved. This month, I'm still waiting for rewards for three clients related to their utility bills. I've already sent several complaints and called the hotline, but nothing's been done yet. I'm also missing out on points for two clients' insurance policies and their savings accounts. Looks like I'll have to spend some more time and nerves to get my rewards.
The Bottom Line:
To offer cards without attractive promotions like a 5,000-ruble bonus on a brokerage account, you'd need to have great communication skills, a wide network of contacts, and trust from your clients. Alfa-Bank has some great products, but the average person just isn't that interested in cashback, savings accounts, utility bills, business cards, and checking accounts.
Let me be honest – I didn't plan on sticking around for long. Network marketing isn't my thing. However, I really enjoyed this experience, learned a lot about banking products and financial tools, and even managed to earn money without too much hassle. Some people are total fanatics about this project, while others, like me, just come for a while. Either way, I brought in 14 new clients to the bank. The thing is, they do pay, and it's not a scam or a fantasy.
I highly recommend giving this project a shot. There's no risk and no investment required! Even if you spend your card with a family member, friend, or partner, you'll still earn a decent minimum payout, learn a lot about banking products, and boost your financial literacy.
