Aeza - The Worst Hosting Experience I've Ever Had

summarizeEditor's Summary

I'm still trying to wrap my head around the disaster that was my experience with Aeza's hosting. I signed up for a VPS, but the server crashed just hours after I paid - no warning, no email, nothing. Their support was basically non-existent, and when I did manage to get in touch, they blamed me for the problem. The server came back online after a week, but it was a slow, unstable mess. Needless to say, I'm not a happy customer. I lost a bunch of time and money on this hosting disaster, and I'd advise others to steer clear.

I signed up for a VPS from Aeza, thinking it'd be a breeze. But boy, was I wrong. The server crashed just a few hours after I paid, without any warning or heads-up. No email, no nothing. I tried not to freak out.
I figured, 'Okay, I'll just reach out to their support.' Yeah, right. They had this fancy excuse about their system being overloaded, and their ticket system being down. Nice. When I tried to contact them on Telegram, they only got back to me a couple of days later, saying everything was fine, maybe it was my problem. Talk about reassuring.
The server came back online after a week, but it was a sad sight. It was like an old man on dial-up - slow, unstable, and completely useless. I saw other users posting test results online, and we all had the same problem. I'm not alone, folks.
I tried to contact support again, but their ticket system was down once more. So, I wrote to them on Telegram, explaining that I wanted a refund. Guess what? They just ignored me. Cold, hard silence. Like I was shouting into space.
Another week went by, and their ticket system magically worked again. I wrote in, and they finally got back to me, but with a delay of two to three days. I swear, they must have been rewriting each ticket by hand. When it came to the refund, they hit me with a 'chargeback fee.' Yeah, because that's not a kick in the teeth.
The cherry on top was when they finally processed my refund on the 22nd, instead of the 6th when I first asked. Because, you know, 'only on this day did we manage to create a ticket.' What a coincidence. I'm not buying it.
I'm just glad I went with the cheapest plan and only paid for a month. The damage was minimal, but the experience was a total disaster. Even from a budget hosting service, I didn't expect this level of incompetence. Everything was a total mess, from their support to their service.
P.S. If anyone from Aeza is reading this and wants to whine about not having a ticket number, here it is: #323985. All for you.
