Specifications
Hello everyone!
I'm gonna be real here - the reviews for this vet clinic are pretty scary, and if you dig around online, you'll find some crazy stuff written about it. I wanted to throw my two cents in because I've actually been to this place twice (at different locations), and I've also had experience with it through family members.
Vet care in VoronezhThey've got 8 branches in Voronezh, several of which are 24/7, which is super convenient because you don't always have time to wait till morning.
You can find the full range of services on their official website, but the prices aren't listed there - you have to call the hotline to get the details. I want to give credit where credit is due: the operators are super friendly and answer all your questions in detail. They also have their own database of animals, because when I called the hotline for the second time, they already knew the name of my pet.
My first experience was with the 24/7 clinic on Koltsovskaya Street, a few years ago. I was freaking out because my adult cat had a bloody hemorrhage - I'm not even sure who was more scared, her or us. At the time, the options for open clinics were limited, and to be honest, I didn't have time to read reviews, but the staff at Koltsovskaya were really welcoming. We booked an appointment over the phone, and when we arrived, there was a bit of a wait in line.
I was in a state of panic, to be honest, and I don't remember all the details, but the staff were really friendly, and the doctor was a young guy. Did they help us at the clinic? They confirmed my worst fears, prescribed treatment, but unfortunately, we couldn't save the cat - the disease took her quickly. And let's be clear, the vet clinic is not to blame here - they did everything they could.
My second experience was with a different cat - a sterilization procedure.
This time, we'd actually read the reviews and taken recommendations from friends. My brother's girlfriend had her cat sterilized at this clinic, so we chose it too. The branch is located on the left bank, on Lenin Street.
Vet clinic reviewsInitially, we called the hotline to get all the details, and they walked us through everything - how to prepare the animal, what to expect, and so on.
On the day of the procedure (July 2025), we arrived at the clinic, where we were greeted by a young woman who was also the administrator. There was no queue, but we had to wait a bit for the vet to call us in, and we filled out the paperwork at the same time.
Vet care in Voronezh
Pet Clinic Animal HealthI was pleasantly surprised to find that it's not just a vet clinic, but also a pet store, where you can buy everything your furry friend needs - food and treats, meds, accessories, and more. Prices are pretty reasonable, to be honest. You can always find cheaper alternatives, but sometimes it's just easier to get everything in one place. Like when we got our cat sterilized and they prescribed antibiotics, probiotics, and some other meds we already had at home, but they also had some we could buy on the spot.

Pet Clinic Animal Health VoronezhI was also happy to see that they have a few cats living there. They're not 100% healthy, but they're so adorable. It's clear that they're well taken care of, and they seem to love exploring the shelves.
Pet Clinic Animal HealthWe visited this branch twice - once before the sterilization and a few days later for a follow-up appointment with the vet. The doctors were different both times, but they were both young women who handled the animals with care. I don't know how to explain it, but it's clear that they love animals, and they're so gentle with them. It's really great to see.
Now, about the costs
The sterilization procedure for our cat cost 3000 rubles. If you need a pop-off, that's an additional fee. We had our own, so we didn't need to pay extra. They also asked us to sign a consent form for emergency procedures in case anything goes wrong, which would incur an additional fee. Luckily, everything went smoothly.
The follow-up appointment and check-up cost 800 rubles.
So, what was the process like?
First, we had a check-up with the vet, who took our cat's temperature and did some other tests. The appointment was around 12 pm, and the procedure was scheduled for later. They kept our cat there to prepare her for the operation. To be honest, I was worried about leaving her there. Our cat, Asya, is a bit skittish, and this was definitely a stressful experience for her, from the car ride to the operation itself. The pet clinic staff told us to pick her up around 5-6 pm, but they said they'd call us when she woke up from the anesthesia.
They called us earlier than expected, saying the operation was a success, and Asya was waking up. We were able to pick her up about an hour later. When we arrived at the clinic, she was a bit grumpy, even with us, but she eventually settled down.
The clinic staff gave us some recommendations for post-op care, told us how to care for our cat in the days following the procedure, and answered all our questions
Sterilization at Pet Clinic Animal HealthThey did a great job with the incision site, trimming the fur around the catheter and the stitches. The whole thing looked really neat and tidy.
Looking at the photo, the stitch has fully closed up over time, the fur has grown back, and it looks like nothing was ever done.
It was clear that the cat wasn't a fan of the harness and would aggressively try to take it off every time.
As for the cat's condition, it was great. As soon as we got home, she ate, then went to the bathroom, and started playing 'hunt the victim'.
She refused to walk, preferring to just fall on the floor, especially if you looked at her. If you turned your back and stopped paying attention, she'd hobble around, especially if she managed to sneak off the harness. I have to say, she was a happy sight the first night, running up to our bedroom to show off that she'd taken it off. We had to keep an eye on her because she needed to wear the harness for 10 days. It wasn't very comfortable for her, but she was a hero and made it through with my help.
I was impressed with the attitude towards animals at this clinic. Not only was everything great at the clinic itself, but the next day the doctor called to check in on the cat, asked how she was feeling, if she was taking her meds, and if she was eating and using the bathroom.
At the follow-up appointment, a different doctor examined the cat and said everything was fine, the stitch was healing great.
Plus, the clinic called a few more times to check in and make sure everything was okay with Asya. That's what I call genuine care.
Now the cat is feeling great, her fur has almost fully grown back, and there are no signs of the stitch. I haven't noticed any changes in her behavior after the surgery, which is now almost 4 months ago.
Vet clinic Zdorov'ye ZhivotnykhAfter us, my brother also took his cat to this clinic for neutering, and everything went smoothly.
I have no complaints about the veterinary clinic Zdorov'ye Zhivotnykh in Voronezh - I didn't notice any drawbacks and was fully satisfied with the quality of service. What I liked most was the staff's attitude towards animals, they're gentle, playful, and careful. Plus, they care about the animal's health and check in after the procedure, but they don't try to sell you any unnecessary services.
I've gotta say, my experience with this clinic and my family's has been a positive one, with no major complaints. I've read some pretty negative reviews, but most of those were about the Volgograd branch, and I'm not commenting on that. The clinics on Koltsovskaya and Lenin Street were a different story - no issues whatsoever. The staff is super friendly and attentive, from the administrators to the doctors.
Thanks for listening!
