I recently had the absolute worst experience with Courier Service Express. They promised a lot, but delivered basically nothing. I'm still waiting for my package to arrive, and it's been weeks. The communication was non-existent, and when I tried to contact them, I got the runaround. I'm extremely disappointed in the shipping, which was supposed to be fast and reliable. Needless to say, I won't be using them again anytime soon. It's a total disaster, and I'd advise others to steer clear.

I've had my fair share of online shopping, and I've used my fair share of delivery services. But let me tell you, my experience with Courier Service Express was a total nightmare.
Courier Service Express Delivery
I ordered a package from a well-known website selling pharmacy cosmetics, and I chose Courier Service Express for delivery. I'd used them before, but I didn't have any major complaints, so I figured everything would be okay. The delivery was scheduled for November 19th, a Friday. I kept my phone glued to my hand all day, waiting for the courier to call. I mean, who hasn't been there, right? The feeling of excitement and anxiety when you're waiting for a package to arrive - it's like being on pins and needles.
The promised delivery date: November 19thSince they don't deliver on weekends, I wasn't expecting the courier to call on Saturday or Sunday, but I kept my phone nearby just in case. No luck - nobody called. Then I decided to check the delivery status through the tracking system on their official website. And that's when things got weird. It turned out that the courier hadn't even tried to call me on Friday...
What's going on? My phone was working fine, the internet was stable, and I hadn't missed any calls or messages from the operator. I thought maybe there was a problem with my phone or the network, so I decided to keep a close eye on my phone on Monday, November 22nd, to make sure I wouldn't miss the delivery call. But you can't miss something that never happens, right? Yeah, on Monday, there was no call either. According to the tracking system, my package was stuck between warehouses, labeled as a problematic shipment. 😐
It turns out my package is a problematic one...I'd like to note that throughout the entire process, I didn't receive any calls or messages from Courier Service Express, unlike my favorite DHL, which always keeps me in the loop about the delivery status. It's like my package never existed...
I decided to reach out to the company myself. Again, if I have questions about shipping with DHL, I just shoot them a message in their official VK group, and I get all the info I need from the operator. But getting in touch with the CS team operators? Forget about it. At least on the website and in Telegram, a bot responds, but it's not very helpful and can only repeat the tracking info.
No human operators, just a bot There are these life hacks online about following a certain algorithm (!) and responding to the bot to get in touch with an operator, but I decided not to bother and just wait instead. So to speak, I conducted an experiment to see what Courier Service Express considers express delivery. 😏And of course, I was sure that on Tuesday, November 23rd, my order would be delivered for sure. Ha!
The courier again said he couldn't reach me! I mean, come on, I was waiting for the call all day, and my phone was working fine. Writing about the fact that there were no calls that day is unnecessary...On Wednesday, November 24th, in the middle of the day, I finally got a call from an unknown number, and a friendly male voice told me that there was a package for me. No apologies for the wait, but I was happy that my order was finally delivered.
The actual delivery time, instead of 19.11 - 24.11 I'll be honest, the package was delivered intact and in good condition, the packaging was not damaged and not stained, and everything was nicely packed inside - in this regard, I have no complaints about the company.
The bottom line: delivery was scheduled for November 19th, but in reality, the package was delivered on November 24th. Okay, they don't work on weekends, no big deal. But the lie from the courier (twice!) that he couldn't reach me - that's just not cool. If they lack staff for delivery, maybe they should hire more couriers instead of lying to the customer for their own money.
📝 Summary
I think it's clear now - I'm completely dissatisfied with the work of the Courier Service Express company.
To summarize, here are the minuses and the only plus. I'll start with the good:
☑️ The packaging was reliable, the package was delivered in good condition.
❌ All delivery deadlines were missed.
❌ The courier lies about not being able to reach me.
❌ It's impossible to contact the company, everywhere you get a bot.
❌ No delivery notifications (e.g. SMS), you can only find out the information by tracking the package.
⚠️ There is no delivery on weekends.
In today's market, where logistics services are super competitive, I've got to say, KSCE's approach just doesn't cut it. I'm giving them one star and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone! 👎👎👎
