A Jet Nightmare: Why You Should Avoid Them at All Costs
remove_circle Cons
- Seats are ridiculously small, and there's barely any legroom.
- They lost our luggage, and it took them forever to deliver it.
- The flight was delayed not once, but twice, and we were left to deal with the consequences.
- The staff was completely unhelpful, and we were left to fend for ourselves.
- The airport experience was a nightmare, with long lines and confusing signage.
- The airline's communication was basically nonexistent, and we were left in the dark about our flight status.
- The overall experience was a total letdown, and I wouldn't recommend A Jet to my worst enemy.

To make matters worse, the airline's communication was nonexistent, and we were left in the dark about our flight status. It was a total disaster from start to finish.

I'll never forget the horror of flying with A Jet on July 26, 2025, with my kid in tow. We were on a connecting flight from Bishkek to Antalya with a layover in Istanbul, all booked as a single ticket.
The first flight, VF280 from Bishkek to Istanbul, was scheduled to depart at 4:40, but we didn't take off until 5:16 due to a delay. We landed in Istanbul around 7:20, leaving us with just 1.5 hours to make our connection.
But that's not all - the flight was delayed in the air, and we arrived just in time to be told that our next flight, VF3032 from Istanbul to Antalya, had already departed, despite there still being minutes to spare. We were rebooked on a 16:35 flight, which meant we had to wait almost eight hours in the airport with a fussy kid.
No help was offered, and we were left to fend for ourselves. They told us we could supposedly stay in a hotel, but nobody organized anything - I ended up walking around with my kid for 1.5 hours, feeling on the verge of tears from exhaustion. The little one was collapsing from fatigue, and at one point, he even crawled under a counter and got stuck, requiring me to physically pull him out.
And if that wasn't enough, when we finally arrived in Antalya, our luggage was lost. It took another 1.5 to 2 hours to search for it and file a claim, all while keeping an eye on my exhausted kid. The luggage was returned to us the night of July 28, two days later, without so much as an apology or a phone call.
I've filed an official complaint, but I'm still waiting to hear back.

❗The Verdict:
They delayed our flight, ruined our layover, and lost our luggage - it was a complete disaster.
No help was offered, and we were left to deal with the fallout on our own.
We had to wait almost eight hours in the airport with a kid who was too tired to even walk.
Our travel experience turned into a nightmare, and I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy.
So, the verdict is clear: don't fly with A Jet. Their attitude towards passengers is completely disregarding, and they seem to think that customer satisfaction is optional.
