I'm still trying to get my head around the total mess that was my experience with this transfer service. We needed to get to the airport for an early flight, and I thought booking a transfer in advance would be a no-brainer. But little did I know, it was a recipe for disaster.
At 2:14 AM, I got a call from the assigned driver, and I thought I'd overslept. But it turned out he'd gotten a flat tire and couldn't make it to the pickup. And then he just hung up on me.
I reached out to the support team, and they told me there was no cancellation of the order from the driver's end. It was 2:40 AM, and I was in a panic – I desperately needed a transfer by 4:00 AM.
I asked the support team to clarify the situation, but they went dark. Later, they told me the driver's manager said the car was fine and the driver would still make it to the pickup. But when I asked why they'd called me in the first place, there was complete radio silence.
I asked them to cancel the order since the situation was unclear and the driver wasn't even responding. The support team told me they could cancel the order, but they wouldn't refund my money!
That was the last I heard from them. The driver never called back, and the support team went silent. They're still refusing to refund the 4960 rubles I paid for a 45-minute transfer.
I'm still trying to wrap my head around the fact that they take 100% payment upfront and then fail to deliver on their promises. They didn't even have the decency to apologize for the mess they created. If you don't want to end up in a similar situation, trust me – stay far, far away from this company!
