You can order these strips on Wildberries for a price ranging from 200 to 600 rubles per pack. I got mine for 600 rubles, which gave me 14 strips, but I only needed 7 for a trial run. Before this, I used to use orange and blue 3D strips.

Each pack comes with seven individual strips for the top and bottom teeth, along with a promotional insert and a tooth whiteness scale.
I used to be frugal and only apply the strips to my top teeth, but now I use them on both top and bottom. I used to leave them on for as long as possible, but now I stick to a maximum of 40 minutes or an hour.
I waited at least 30 minutes for the gel to take effect, then I scrubbed my teeth with a toothbrush to remove any remaining residue.
