The product is delivered in a carton, the bag is typical for such products. However, it's unpleasant to use because the liquid content leaks out.

However, it's initially thick and then turns into a kind of water that's hard to dose. The thread is shiny without shiny particles, there's no lipidity, the consumption is medium.

My Experience
I have very dry lips and after Retinol, they became even drier. I'm looking for a good balm as I need to buy it regularly.
I expected this product to provide an intensive protective function and regenerate the lip skin, as stated on the packaging.
Before I used it
The balm is very liquid and behaved like a plant oil when applied. Sometimes it even drips from the applicator, so my tube is always salty.
On the lips, it feels like a greasy coating, there's no friction or density, so the balm is quickly washed off and leaves dryness again. A detail: if there are crusts on the lips, the balm doesn't make them smooth, on the contrary, they become even more noticeable and harder. It reminded me of the horror balm from Himalaya with carrots, I felt like I was holding it in my hand from the start.
Ceramed-Ultralux Balm for Lips
Visually, the balm initially looks shiny, but after 30 minutes, it's completely gone. One plus point: peeling is well-balanced. In general, the product needs to be constantly renewed to provide the dry skin with some comfort. The balm itself is not wet, but seals the existing moisture.
With long-term use, it doesn't bring much, and with strong drying and cracks, it didn't help me, on the contrary, I experienced more discomfort due to the large crusts on my lips. Did it protect me from this drying? No. The skin condition didn't improve, I used it for over a month.

I personally see no reason to recommend it, but if you can find it for a few euros, you can try it. I mean, the reasons for dry lips are different for everyone, and if Ceramed didn't work for me, it doesn't mean it won't work for anyone. In its price range, the balm is not the worst, but definitely not the best.
If you really want to try Ceramed, you can also spend a bit more money and buy the Good Cera Super Ceramide Lip Oil Stick from Holik. It's not particularly comfortable on the lips, doesn't dry them out, but after a few days, it neutralizes this dryness. At my place, they're gone after a week, although the general dryness still persists. As a sunburn and crack protection, it also works.
