Never Again Booking a Tour through Level Travel!

Level Travel's poor communication, flight changes, and hotel issues made our tour a disaster. We will never book with them again.

We booked a 8-day, 7-night tour to Turkey with Level Travel, but what we got was a nightmare.

Our initial flight was scheduled for 00:10, but Level Travel changed it to 22:00, leaving us with a 5-6 hour wait in the airport. We were charged for the full day and night, despite the change.

Level Travel's customer service was unhelpful and unresponsive. We were told to contact them directly, but the operators were either untrained or uncooperative.

Our hotel room had a strong smell of sewage, and the linoleum was worn out. The bathroom was in poor condition, and the shower had no water pressure. We were eventually moved to a different room, but the issues persisted.
