I'm super stoked to share my review of a product I picked up from L'Étamine sale. I wasn't expecting it to be a hit with both my daughter and me, but it totally exceeded my expectations!

Grinbo (Grinbo) - an engineer and a jack-of-all-trades, he's grumpy but very kind. Grinbo loves drawing paintings, but nobody knows about it! I get that the entire line of bathing products is represented by characters from the cartoon, but at the time of purchase, there was no Shushi available, so I relied solely on the scent.

PACKAGING

The body wash comes in a plastic tube. The front side features the brand name and a cartoon character image.

The tube is partially transparent, allowing you to see the contents.

The back side has all the necessary information from the manufacturer.

The production date is stamped on the seam.

The cap is flip-flop, flat, and it keeps the contents from leaking out. However, it gets dirty and looks messy during use.

There's no trouble opening it, thanks to a small protrusion that helps you open the tube easily.

What's great about this type of tube is that it ensures the contents are used up to the last drop.

ORGANOLEPTICS

This gel has a pretty liquid consistency, kind of like a thin shampoo. It's got a greenish tint with these cool pearlescent particles that catch the light.

It looks pretty sweet, if I'm being honest. The scent is rich and earthy, but I'm not entirely convinced it's 100% natural. There's a hint of that chemically smell to it.

The ingredient list is pretty comprehensive, but the manufacturer claims that the product doesn't contain SLS, parabens, silicones, or mineral oil. Which is cool, I guess.

USAGE

When you apply it to a sponge, the gel absorbs gradually, which I like. And check out how it shimmers in this pic.

A couple of presses on the sponge and you get a nice lather and a pleasant earthy scent.

Overall, the lather is pretty good.

The gel does a great job of cleaning my skin without drying it out or causing any irritation. The earthy scent lingers on my skin for a bit after use, but there's no residue from the pearlescent particles.

The gel doesn't use up too much product, which is a plus in my book.

IMPRESSIONS

I'm a fan of the scent and the pearlescent effect. The gel lathers well and does a great job of cleaning my skin. I use it occasionally, but I'm careful not to overdo it since my daughter also likes it – she's a big fan of the Greenbo character.

I think this gel would be a hit with a lot of kids, especially those who love the show and the character.

So, let's summarize the pros and cons.

✅ Scent

✅ I've gotta say, the design of this thing is on point - it looks sleek and modern, like something straight out of a high-end store.

✅ I'm seriously impressed with the lather it produces - it's like a spa treatment in a bottle! I mean, I've used some pretty good body washes in my time, but this one takes the cake.

✅ My skin doesn't feel dry or tight after using it, which is a major win in my book. I've got super sensitive skin, so it's not always easy to find a product that doesn't leave me feeling like the Sahara desert.

✅ The cap is super easy to open and close, and it's great for storing in my shower - it's not taking up too much space, but it's still easy to grab when I need it.

❌ The price is a bit steep for my budget - I mean, I get it, it's a premium product and all that, but it's still a bit out of my league.
