The first downside is the price - a single pack costs around 70 rubles. The manufacturer recommends dividing it into two servings, but here's the thing: that's based on a 1 kg cat. Pufik weighs in at 5 kg, so I'd need to buy five packs a day to meet his needs. That's a whopping 350 rubles a day - way out of my budget.But the real deal-breaker is the packaging. I thought the individual cups were a genius idea - just peel and serve. But in practice, it's a nightmare. The cups are stuck together, and the plastic is so dense that you need scissors to cut it.
And then there's the 'easy-open' mechanism, which is more like a 'hard-to-open' one. You're supposed to pull on the tabs to open it, but they're not very well attached to the packaging. When you finally manage to rip it open, the contents spill all over the place - it's like a mini-tsunami. I ended up having to use a knife to cut the packaging open, which completely defeats the purpose of the 'easy-open' design.
So, while Pufik loves the food, I'm not a fan of the packaging or the price. It's a total letdown, and I won't be buying it again.
